Room 5 stars, breakfast 2. Averages out to 3 or 4. Went with 4 due to greater importance of room. Room was clean, spacious, and every thing was in good order. Breakfast was poor. Only protein was hardboiled egg in the shell. Rest was carbs. And not the tastiest carbs.

The hotel and room was nice and clean. Great service, employees were professional and courteous. The morning breakfast could have been a bit better, was a continental breakfast with no meat. But, other than that our stay was, GREAT! Definitely recommend.

We usually stay at a Hilton if we have to stay somewhere for the comfort and nice people who are employed there.

The room was fine, nothing special, but it was a decent place to sleep for the night. The breakfast was the lamest of any Hilton brand hotel I've ever stayed at. This was my first time staying at a "Spark" hotel, so maybe it's normal for this particular brand, but every other Hilton I've stayed at includes at least some kind of hot breakfast with a cooked protein. This one did not. There was warmish water to pour over individual oatmeal packets, which was not really hot enough to actually "cook" the oatmeal. And the only protein offered was cold boiled eggs that were ridiculously hard to peel. There were bagels and muffins, cold cereal. My kids lamented that there was no hot chocolate at the coffee bar, other than the coffee there were only a couple varieties of tea. Probably won't stay at a Spark brand hotel again if this is all they have for breakfast.

Rooms are clean and quiet. We rented a standard king and they supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and face bars. They do clean your room every other day if you want them to. If you would like clean towels daily, just leave the dirty outside your door and they will supply them when they pass by. Our cleaner was very attentive, it was not our day for cleaning but I had food garbage I wanted to get rid of and she gladly took my garbage and supplied new bags asking if I had enough towels or needed any other supplies. Breakfast is coffee, hot tea, juice, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt (toppings available) and a few select bagels (toasted if you want). Enough to put in your stomach for the run out the door. Every person we encountered at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Even the patrons getting into the elevators helped me get to my floor when my hands were full. Parking gets kind of full at night on the window sides of the lots, had to park in the back lot most of our stay, but the doors are secured at night and you can only get in by using your room key or your mobile room key and are checked by security nightly. The area has several restaurants (dine in and fast food), gas stations with mini marts and gift stores to stop in. If you are without transportation, there is a local bus stop at the end of the road near the hotel, I am sure the hotel can help with where this bus stops, if needed. This hotel is off a main highway, but far enough back that you do not hear the traffic in the hotel, again, very quiet. The only time we actually heard doors opening and closing was our last night and there seemed to be a large group of kids in the hotel. However, that is normal when you stay in a hotel, people open and close doors at all hours. There is no laundry room (or at least I find no sign for one). Sparks is part of Hilton, but if you are looking for top of the line Hilton amenities, this one is on the low end. They do have a fitness room, a small snack shop, an outside pool (Seasonal), 2 elevators, they do offer mobile app for room.access, check in/out and TV control. Before leaving a bad review for not having "Hilton Amenities", check out the amenities available before you book.
