- ABAngel BarrinoDec 29, 20254.0Christine and front desk personnel were excellent. Breakfast attendants were also excellent. Hotel is mostly clean but could use some outside attention to detail. A few minor repairs or updates needed in hallways and in rooms. Thanks for helping me and my pups have a good first stay at Spark. I always choose Hilton because of the pet policy. Though a complaint was made against me because my dogs were barking, I am thankful to the front desk personnel for normalizing it for me and not making me feel as if the barking was bothersome overall. The ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you! Dr. A

We tried to check in at 12 pm, hoping to get our reservation early, after traveling over 6 hrs from West Virginia. We explained that to the clerk. She said check in time is 3 pm, but because their were plenty of open rooms she went around the corner to ask the manager if she could check us in. We heard the manager say, No, check in time is at 3 pm. Maybe we sound like whiners, and we do love Hilton, but we did not understand that decision. Anyway, keep up the great work Hilton on your hotels.
