    I want to give big acknowledgement to the breakfast staff, with a special thanks to Yvette. We arrived to breakfast 15 minutes late but they had some items leftover and accommodated my family of 5. Flexibility, professionalism and friendliness goes a long way with me and I am grateful for the hospitality Yvette and the staff have shown me.

    The front desk staff was absolutely lovely. The room was in decent condition—but there was a bit of wear and tear throughout, noticeable from the moment I approached the door. LOVED how spacious the suite was, with separate living and sleeping spaces. GREAT for families! The toilet was clogged, with toilet paper visible in the bowl upon our arrival, so that wasn’t my favorite thing. The “engineer” took quite a long time to arrive, and then acted gruff. Perhaps it was his load?!? I don’t know. My only other slight complaint were the bfast hours (6am-9am). Extending bfast hours until 10am would have been helpful, especially on New Year’s Day. Oh, and why are we paying for parking?!? This is not a big city? Parking should be FREE!

    The hotel appears nice at first glance (lobby), but once you get in and view the rooms and amenities…I would say 3 stars is honestly a stretch. The rooms are the real disappointment though. They are dated with shoddy maintenance. You can tell the bare minimum has been done to maintain them. They also don’t feel clean. Normally, I am fine walking barefoot in a hotel (and have been in many) but this one made me fee as though I should wear my crocs around. The gym is a 12x8 tony room barely big enough for three cardio machines. Food options are minimal around here. I realize this brand is not meant to be luxury, but I think it could do a lot better.

    Stayed here the night, did a roadtrip from atlanta to washington dc and stayed here, room has kitchen included and all the utensils you need, ill give that a 10/10, the bedroom was clean and really comfy another 10/10, but the bathroom was disappointing, i wanted to shower and couldn’t because i felt disgusted by the stains on the shower floor, also the bathroom started leaking after just 1 use (photos included). The rest of the room is really amazing tbh. The only other downside that i have is that they don’t tell you about the 10$ parking fee and a 15$ pet fee until you get to the hotel, just wished the hotel was more transparent on that part to its guest BEFORE arriving to the premises. Other than that i honestly would stay here again ONLY after insuring that they offer me a clean and functional bathroom… Also really pet friendly! My cat really liked the room and had no issue on feeling anxious and fell asleep on his bed right away🐈

    I was very pleased with my stay at Homewood The hotel set up met my ecxpectations. I must say the breakfast prepared by Michael and Stephanie was delicious. Very fresh and presentation was excellent. Sharon the supervisor was very informative and helpful during my day. I highly recommend Homewood suites.
