    Exercise hotel as always with Home2 Suites. Great location and staff has always been nice.

    I booked a month-long stay and specifically reserved a first-floor room for accessibility reasons, completing mobile check-in in advance. Upon arrival, I was told the room was “dirty” and was placed on the second floor instead. I was promised a call in three days when a first-floor room became available. No call ever came. When I followed up in person, I was told the room had already been taken. Then I was told to check back Monday. Then Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told the guest hadn’t checked out. Every time, the explanation changed — but the result was the same: no first-floor room. There are over 15 rooms on the first floor. It is extremely difficult to believe that not a single one became available during this time. The repeated broken promises and inconsistent explanations are unacceptable. Very disappointing experience, especially for a long-term stay.

    Taye at the front desk was super nice and went out of her way to get me the room I wanted. Hotel was clean and quiet. Close to everything I could need.

    Worse experience ever! The guy at front desk didn’t let me do check in… after a hour dealing with him calling back and forth to the company that I used to do the reservation which take care of incident charges and has a email explaining that I’m don’t have to present a credit card just because they take care of it finally I get my room card. But when I ask for the stove look what I got 🫠 are they really thinking that somebody wants to cook in this?
