Told to come back later when trying to check in, due to short staffing and rooms not clean or assigned. At 330p EST. The young lady wasn't apologetic or anything. Room was nice, after being able to check in hours later that night. The main reason this location was selected? Indoor pool and it was of course, out of order, during the weekend. Also, AC unit panel was non-responsive so heat would not come on in the room and you practically froze to death. It was reported via text and no one ever came. No follow up ever received from manager or response to Hotels.com team trying to contact them. Too many hotels in this area. Same competitive pricing. This is a NOT recommend, unfortunately. Especially when we love the Hilton brand.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I was on the fourth floor, and while I cannot speak for the other rooms, the room I was given was in very poor and unsanitary condition. There were cockroaches in the room, and the bathroom floor had hair on it when I checked in. The bathtub handle was also broken, and when it fell off, the inside was filled with a filthy mixture of greenish, whitish, and brownish residue, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. I notified management right away and even provided photo evidence. Because of the condition of the room, I checked out the next morning. Even so, the hotel still charged me for two full nights. They offered no apology and continued to say the situation was “under investigation,” but have taken no action and refused to issue a refund, even after seeing the pictures. What a horrible experience.
I am updating my review because I’m unable to reply directly to the owner’s response. Thank you for your reply; however, I want to clarify that no one has reached out to me regarding this matter. Please do not imply that this issue has been resolved, as that is not the case. I have followed up multiple times, and my messages have gone unanswered.

Lets start at the top.
When my partner and I walked in we were not properly greeted by the receptionist. He did not inform of us of any amenities, breakfast, or pool hours, and only provided one key.
Then, we went to bring in our luggage. They had only one small luggage cart for the entire hotel, which would become a problem upon checkout as it was being used. We had to use my wheelchair as a luggage cart instead of be being able to actually use it, which i needed to as it has been a rough trip.
Next, the breakfast. I dont expect a Michelin Star meal, but I do expect edible. This was not. This breakfast tasted like school cafeteria food if the lunch lady hated you. Not only was it nasty, but hard to physically chew. The coffee tasted like slightly coffee flavored water.
The room. The room was the only good part of this stay. Having gotten the wheelchair accessible room, it did have a fold down shower bench and a removable shower head. The bed was super comfortable for us and there was plenty of space. Though the fridge was not cold, I would say it was only cold enough to keep something from going bad.
To top off the visit, they tried to charge me a pet fee for my service dog. (Thats illegal btw) we told them upon check in that she is a service animal, and appearently he didnt listen. Though they did refund it after we went in to rectify the problem.
I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone, especially not my fellow disabled folk.
