My only problem was an elderly black woman that has curly hair who was constantly yelling at the staff and belittling them. I’m unaware of her position and title but whatever she is that is not how you should speak nor treat anyone. Witnessing that i went beyond and decided to apply at this location at first there was a young lady with short hair and glasses that was very kind then the screaming voice came and i finally but a face to the voice. Before she even introduced herself she talked down upon me about my attire and the way i looked. From my understanding applying for a job could mean many different situations how would she know my situation or my position in life. For the staff to have to endure this type of treatment for very little pay is truly unacceptable. I hope one day she come to her senses and see what great of a team she has before it’s to late. I would like to give my appreciation to the housekeeping team that took care of me and my husband and the front desk team that was very helpful.
