The room had bugs on the wall & it sure looks like a bedbugs to me!! Brought to the managers attention & they denied the bugs even though the proof of a picture. For the price of the rooms the rooms should be clean & the staff should be more attentive to potential problems especially one that could cost you thousands of dollars to take care of if you take them home with you!! Pretty sad that is how they responded to having active bed bug problem!!! You'd think they would want to make.it right but NO they didnt. I wouldn't stay here for free at this point

I was having a really lovely experience here with my son until we got woken up by housekeeping and the front desk early asking us who we were amd what room we were supposed to be in. We got in later in the evening and had planned on sleeping in the getting the complimentary breakfast but instead we felt like we were unwelcome after housekeeping knocked on our door asking if we were supposed to be here and then the front desk followed up with a call asking who I was and what room I was supposed to be in. The room they assigned at check in...I thought....but they made me feel like I was doing something wrong sleeping in the room I paid for....
I normally stay at holiday inn properties and have never had an issue before.
