- ECEmily CollomDec 29, 20252.0I was having a really lovely experience here with my son until we got woken up by housekeeping and the front desk early asking us who we were amd what room we were supposed to be in. We got in later in the evening and had planned on sleeping in the getting the complimentary breakfast but instead we felt like we were unwelcome after housekeeping knocked on our door asking if we were supposed to be here and then the front desk followed up with a call asking who I was and what room I was supposed to be in. The room they assigned at check in...I thought....but they made me feel like I was doing something wrong sleeping in the room I paid for.... I normally stay at holiday inn properties and have never had an issue before.
