Special shout out to Solomon—I actually get excited when I walk up to check-in and see him at the desk. Rooms are being updated with now, and I like the new look. Cheers, HGI Greensboro!

The only issue so far is that the plugs are very difficult to insert the prongs into. You have force it using a lot of strength and most aren't budging. It's only a matter of time that a guest breaks their wrist or fingers trying to do a simple task such as powering their laptop. Please consider maintenance going through and opening those up. The renovated rooms are very nice otherwise.
