Room was nice, a little stuffy and personally I did not like the smell of my pillows, which was a little unsettling. Location is near the highway and close to lots of food and shopping..minutes away from the Aquatic Center where our son had a swim meet this weekend..the morning kitchen crew customer service could have been better. Lastly please stop knocking on hotel room doors prior to checkout for housekeeping. We have paid until checkout time, use your system to determine who has checked out early.

The location was good for getting to the High Point Market event. There were no stops an other hotels on the shuttle. The staff was friendly and organized. Kelly at the front desk was a very helpful with any questions about the area and airport transportation. The hotel is perfect for a business trip. I plan to stay there for the next High Point Market trip.

- HZHelen ZeligOct 27, 20255.0We checked in yesterday didnt receive housekeeping services today we went to the front desk to complain to someone because I was highly upset after working all day and I asked for my room to be clean and it wasn’t. However, Miss Kelly was nice enough to give me whatever it was I needed to make sure that I was comfortable for the night. I really appreciate the Hilton for having Kelly there. Although my room was not clean. Kelly did do everything in her best interest to make sure I got a good night sleep thank you so much, Kelly. Shes really a Gem she gets 10 stars
