Behind the dumpster, in the trees at the back, literally begging for money with a bottle of malt in his hand. Second worst part is the whole hotel always smells like weed. Always. Wake up, weed. Breakfast, weed. Get back after working all day, weed. Go to bed, weed. The big gentleman at the desk is awesome. Dude always asks what he can do for you, makes sure you’re taken care of, just an all around awesome guy. The rest of the staff is…..not. I had a small hiccup with my company card that would have been taken care of the next morning as it was already after 5pm. I’m a regular Hilton customer with over 250 nights this year. There’s 0 risk of me walking without paying. Still, they kept me in the lobby for literally an hour and I had to bother my accounting team at 6pm on a Friday to handle the issue so I could go to my room after working and traveling all day. Not a good start, and should have put me on notice for the rest of the stay. Never. Again.
