  Ms Ashlea called me today to inform me I accidentally booked 3 rooms and only checked into 1 for the entire week. She went above and beyond to make sure I was refunded and not charged 3X on my company card. Thank you so much. I stay at Hilton locations for my job 150 - 200 nights a year and this kind of customer service will keep me being a loyal customer. Thank you Ashlea and thank you Hampton Inn Greensboro Coliseum for your honesty, understanding, and commitment to doing the right thing.

  Watch out for BEDBUGS. After sighting a BEDBUG around 1130pm, we were displaced from our room, we were in the lobby with our luggage on a cart until 430am because there were no rooms available at that location and no other Hilton brand hotels in the city…at that juncture being moved to a different floor wasn’t desirable anyway. Between the calls to management, Priti Patel, and other hotels, they finally found a Holiday Inn with availability. We were told that it would be paid for by Hilton because of the inconvenience and their inability to accommodate us. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn, the room had not been paid for and we had to pay out of pocket - for a 6 hour stay. When the manager finally arrived on site, she called and began to explain this was the first time any reports of BEDBUGS had been made and we were told they would compensate us for the inconvenience by providing points and a Be Our Guest Voucher that could be used anywhere and that there was nothing that could be done for the out of pocket expense after being displaced for the night. The points were supposed to be credited to our accounts after our stay, Sunday. She took our honors numbers. The vouchers were supposed to come in the mail within a month. Neither have occurred and we’re approaching 4 months. They have not responded to emails or been available when called.

  Conveniently located to restaurants and gas stations. Very friendly staff.

  We stay here weekly for work. This is by far the best hotel in this area. It even tops the Sheraton which used to be our go to until we tried the Hampton. The Sheraton is over priced no microwaves and small rooms plus no breakfast. The rooms at the Hampton are spacious and everything is great. There are just a few things I would change. The pillows are a heck No, the shower heads are awful, and please take that extra chair out the room. Oh and breakfast is good besides that sausage. It just isn't right. Everything else is amazing and coffee always hot and fresh all day long. Loved the gym and pool. We will continue to stay here but change those few things
