  My family and I loved staying here for our trip. The living room area was very helpful for having a small child with us. Love the "old timey" feel of the hotel and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had many options for different dietary needs. I did not try the omelet or restaurant, but would love to stay again and experience more. The only downside is that I put in a request for fresh towels in the app and nobody ever came.

  This is a beautiful hotel!!! They always look so romantic inside, and the rooms have a warm feel. The breakfast was wonderful—sooo many options! You can get omelettes made for you as well! I will say the curtains in room #614 need washing. Looked like food chunks on them from someone’s dirty hands. If you ever decide to do upgrades, you should replace those super rusty wall lights in the bathroom (be pretty if done with the matching finish of your “street lamps” in the main lobby and dining areas). I was disappointed there was no hot tub and the indoor pool wasn’t heated. Two other guests commented that it used to be heated, and there used to be a hot tub. I thought it was cool you get 2 free drinks a night (5:30-7pm I think), although we had a work party to be at and didn’t get to partake in the drinks. The mattresses are on the firmer side. The pillows are the fluffy type that sink your head to the mattress immediately because the you squoosh the air out of them when you lay your head. But beds were very clean. It was neat to have my name on the TVs when entering! It’s all in the details!

  It is a very nice hotel for the money. I love the 2 room suite. It is a nice amenity to have in the event there is that 1 meeting you can't get out of or even if you just want to watch 2 different shows. The staff is always very welcoming and polite.

  We stayed here for a Business function. Very nice hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small. I prefer a walk-in shower at hotels, these have tub showers. The mini fridge still was warm when we left. Never could get it to cool. These two things are why I went 4 star on the room itself. Great staff that were very nice all the time. The conference room was huge and held our very large group comfortably. Beautiful atrium with glass elevators. Clean indoor pool. Tons of parking

  I come to GSO for work several times per month and it is one of my favorite places to overnight because of the excellent service at the Embassy Suites. Quick and convenient van service to the airport is very reliable. My favorite part of coming here is the great breakfast the hotel has. I’m always happy to see Veronica at the omelette station, to say hello and sit down to my favorite custom made omelette!
