Great place to stay. Close to interstate but not close enough to hear it in the room. Very hospitable front desk staff, offered us fresh cookies and bottled waters. Quick check-in and clean modern room.

Super friendly staff. Lobby was in the middle of repairs. Hot water at the coffee maker was lukewarm warm. Shower head leaked all night. But the room was clean and well stocked. Would likely stay again.

A few hours after we checked into the hotel, the adventure began: shivering in our room because, surprise, the heat wasn’t working. My wife and daughter were already in bed, so it was awkward when two complete strangers tramped in with dirty shoes and work clothes, poking around in our room and opening access panels. Eventually, they got the heat limping along, but then couldn’t reattach the HVAC cover, which was left dangling by a single screw. I heroically propped a chair against it, hoping it wouldn’t crash down on us during the night. Meanwhile, the HVAC unit valiantly battled the arctic breeze coming through the charming window gap—just wide enough to let in a steady blast of cold air and highway noise. So we spent the night oscillating between freezing and sweating as the HVAC fought a losing war against the draft. The ancient, tired mattresses only added to the ambiance. To complete this picturesque scene: the fridge lounged on the floor next to the desk where a suitcase might have lived, and the microwave sat on top of it, teetering in defiance of gravity. The actual closet, which clearly missed the fridge, stood empty and alone across the room. The shower gel was nothing but a mirage, replaced by a single, sad sliver of hand soap for three people. The shower head, in a fit of spite, sprayed water everywhere except where it was supposed to go, so our three towels were instantly soaked. With a packed schedule, we didn’t exactly have time to invite another parade of maintenance people into our “cozy” quarters, so we asked to switch rooms. Turns out, the hotel was fully booked—clearly, we weren’t the only lucky guests to draw this straw. As a bonus, the lobby was a construction zone, and the new main entrance (formerly a side door) was left wide open and totally unsecured. But hey, as long as the lobby looks good someday, who cares if the windows in the rooms won’t close, there’s mold, missing grout in the shower, and—why not—just enough towels to dry a cat? To be fair, the staff tried their best and seemed genuinely sorry. Unfortunately, management seems to think all problems can be solved by new wallpaper in the lobby, and maintenance can only do so much when guests are actually in the room. Frankly, offering a room in this condition to anyone—let alone under the Hilton name—is ridiculous. My advice? Save your money and steer clear, unless, of course, you’re looking for a true adventure in “four-star” living.

Overall Score: 1/10 Big and pretty from the outside, but it felt run-down fast once you looked closer. The lobby had a weird, thrown-together vibe and the restaurant was overpriced for what you get. The room issues piled up all night and the bathroom was nasty. Lobby/first impression 2/10 Looks impressive at first, but the paper signs and makeshift setup made it feel sketchy and cheap. Built-in restaurant 1/10 Way overpriced and not worth it. Total letdown. Room AC/unit 1/10 Tripped the circuit in the middle of the night and started beeping loudly. No windows to open, and you had to mess with it to get it to stop. Bugs in room 1/10 Multiple bugs in the room, which is just unacceptable. Housekeeping/service 1/10 Someone tried opening the door at 11AM even though you weren’t checked out yet. Super annoying and intrusive. Room door 2/10 Hard to open and felt like another basic maintenance issue they didn’t fix. Bathroom/shower 1/10 Bathroom was disgusting. I didn’t even want to shower. Shower head blasted like a jet stream on top of it being dirty.

This hotel was great ! But the shower was a little dirty. The staff were very friendly and treated us nicely! But the only problem was all the noises from the road I advise to pick the odd numbers which is on the opposite side farthest from the road. All in all definitely recommend coming here!!!
