- AMAnna McWilliams2 days ago3.0We came before normal check in and the lady at the service desk was very accommodating. She was able to get us into a room within 30 minutes. Room was comfortable and nicely kept. However we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was not restocked with coffee or cups and housekeeping did not come in unless we requested. When we did ask for coffee pods, they would point towards the self serve coffee with a price point between $3-6 a cup. Bar staff was friendly and did an amazing job. Easy ride to airport. Restaurants and activities were not walkable.

She was very helpful as well, most hotel operations managers I’ve encountered avoid work and aren’t that pleasant. This manager was working. Loved the guy who checked us in he was super pleasant. Housekeepers obviously keep the hotel in tip top shape as well, the room was very clean.

The shower in this room was not properly leveled when built and water continuously soaked the floor each shower I took and the glass door did not stay shut without being tethered by a towl from handle to handle. There is an unsettling sick/ moldly smell when entering the room. The heating and air unit face was half broken off and hanging. The room initially had a moldy smell to it when checking in. The shower water problems are more than likely the culprit. I was very disappointed in the house keeping. They barely maintained my room the whole week and when I asked for them to clean it on Thursday, I expected new bed sheets and they did not. They made up my dirty bed sheets. I know this because I ate grilled chicken on Tuesday and accidentally dropped a piece on the edge of the bed and it left a stain. So I was disappointed when I lifted the neatly made dirty bed sheets to see the same stain. Hilton normally does not disappoint. This unacceptable.

The location isn't optimal due to proximity to the highway, but I could overlook that if the facilities were acceptable and staff helpful. Neither was the case. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon and discovered that my television wasn't working, neither any live TV option or connectivity for streaming. I notified the front desk three times over the next 36 hours to have the issue fixed or be moved to a different room. Each time I was assured the issue would be taken care of only to have it ignored.
