  The room could use better cleaning. The bathtub wasn't clean and under the bed was gross. The bathroom door also had scratches on the trim and I found that to be a little sketchy. My bed was very springy and noisy. Noise level wasn't bad. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that. When we left our room, we could absolutely tell that there were people smoking weed in the rooms from the smell. It may be enough for a short one night stay, but I wouldn't bring kids there.

  I had a great experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Mari at the front desk. He was working both days I was checked in and was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming each time I interacted with him. I was in Greensboro to surprise family, and Mari made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service — he truly made my stay a positive one.

  They literally stole my Jordan shoes!!! Which were black and white ….I asked them a few times if they seen my J’s because I knew for sure I accidentally left them there and they kept saying they haven’t … I had left my shoes near under the bed and I had even called “lost and found” and they kept saying they never seen nor received any shoes which I knew they were lying!! I definitely left them there for sure because I wore them there and left with a different pair of shoes. While on the highway, I started going through my bag looking for something else and noticed they weren’t there so I made sure I reached out to them to inform them I left my shoes and they claimed they never seen them so I said if they had came across them to call me back or etc and still til this day never had.., even when I call they still say they never seen them nor were reported lost 🙄…… so either their Spanish maids took them or someone in office was lying!! They steal instead of reporting the lost… so be careful !

  BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE HOTEL 4 AM CHECK IN THE MORNING LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTED - ( BEST WESTERN MEMBERSHIP- DIAMOND ELITE STATUS) 1 PM- FRONT DESK STAFF KNOCKS AND SAYS "YOU NEED TO LEAVE BRUH" I REQUESTED EXTRA 15 MINS - HAD JUST WALKED OUT OF THE SHOWER ...DRIPPING, WET. USUALLY FRONT DESK STAFF AT OTHER HOTELS ASK POLITELY - "ARE YOU EXTENDING YOUR STAY ??? OR NEED MORE TIME TO CHECK OUT THATS PROFESSIONALISM !!! HOUSE KEEPING STAFF MS. MARIA KNOCKED AT 1.15PM. ASKED HER 5 MINS WHILE PUTTING ON MY SHIRT... SHE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE SHE PULLED THE DNC SIGN FROM THE BOARD AND THREW INSIDE THE ROOM ON THE CLOSET SAID - C'MON GET OUT - I FINISHED MY LAUNDRY AND YOU NEED MORE 5 MIN. THE HOTEL WHO DOES NOT RESPECT THEIR GUESTS IS NEVER RECOMMENDED. TALKING ABOUT THE ROOM... WIFI CONNECTIVITY IS BAD 50"TV HAS BUILT-IN FEATURES OF NETFLIX , YOUTUBE AND OTHER STREAMING APP JUST FOR DISPLAY--- IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO WIFI--- OPTION OF OPEN WIFI SETTING DOES NOT WORK -- NO OPTION TO CONNECT TO WIFI AND WIFI CONNECTIVITY ON THE PHONE IS ALSO BAD KING SIDE BED IS COMFORTABLE WHITE LIGHTINGS ARE GOOD SPACIOUS ROOM CLEAN BATHROOM.. EXCEPT FOR TOWELS SMELLS LIKE WASHED IN OIL FRANGRANT DETERGENT COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM IS DIRTY UNWASHED DUSTY COFFEE MACHINE NEAR THE FRONT DESK HAS PATHETIC COFFEE 🤮🤮🤮

  Absolutely best service I have received. Staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Diane checked us in with ease and professionalism. The complementary breakfast was delicious.
