  This hotels is the most horrible place to stay the general manager is very rude and disrespectful and kept our depoist all over the sheets had a stain on it which was already ther. The were mildew on the lamp shade toilet wouldn't flush right andshower was dirty

  The room had mold carpet was wet near air conditioner moldy tortillas under my bed toilet leaking noisy neighbors and dusfunctional drains service was nice breakfest was nice tv didnt work tho Overall worst hotell ive been at i wanted to sleep in my car after what i saw 0/10 would not recomend

  This was unfortunately my worst hotel experience to date. Just a few hours after checking in, I had to switch rooms due to a malfunctioning toilet and television. I requested two adjoining first-floor rooms for myself and two elderly relatives in their 80s. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked with a large group of guests who were quite loud and disruptive, and the strong odors of marijuana and alcohol were pervasive throughout the hallways and common areas. This created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere, leaving me concerned about the security of my relatives and my vehicle in the parking lot. The room rate was prepaid via credit card, with no option for a refund until checkout, and there's also a $100 incident fee per room, which feels excessive. I do want to note that Shanese at the front desk was very helpful in facilitating the room change, and the other clerk I interacted with was polite and accommodating. That said, the overall property has clearly declined significantly, and it no longer feels like a safe or welcoming place to stay—especially for vulnerable guests. I would not recommend it in its current state.

  We got into our room the ac wasn't working. But lady name Jackie help us out got our room switched out. The next room was nice and cold thank you Jackie for your help and working with the customers your the best. See you next time

  King suite with whirlpool for 230$ with security deposit. (121 + 100 dep + tax) Pros: The suite has a very large tub(im 6’2 and i had atleast 12-18 inches of extra length) - Can fit two people side by side -Suite was clean and very spacious with a split room between the living area and bedroom. - Bed was very comfy Cons: -Jets didn’t work in the tub(essentially false advertisement) -Phone didn’t work -Lamps cannot be turned off except to unscrew the bulb
