We have two very disappointed granddaughters, 7 and 5, who couldn’t swim because they had it shutdown for cleaning. This was AFTER I called to confirm the pool would be open; NOT! Very loud location too. Otherwise the hotel was clean.

The ac unit is also loud when it kicks on and off at night, a steady running unit is better. On a positive note, staff is friendly and location is good,next to shopping and food and we stayed there because it was close to Mcadenville and we checked out the lights in that town.

They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They took the initiative to accommodate us without us asking. I was traveling with my aging parents and the rooms initially assigned were a few doors apart. Johnny moved out rooms closer, so it would be easier for me to assist my parents without having to walk too far from there room. Both were very helpful and answered our questions with knowledge and ease. The hotel over all was clean and staff were very friendly. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. This is one I would definitely recommend. By far this has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

My only complaint was there was some hair on the sheets when I pulled them back. It's in a convenient location. There's restaurants and a gas station close by. It's also easy to get back on the highway. The breakfast was decent. I didn't eat anything but my person I was with enjoyed the sausage and eggs. They had decent breakfast choices. I don't expect a whole spread. I only had coffee which was fresh and good. I would stay again. The prices are fair. I just recommend housekeeping to be sure those sheets are hair free. The parking is good. The entire staff I saw was nice and friendly. They all greeted us with a warm welcome!
