Hotel is at a good location but the service is not. Always waiting on coffee when on the way to work and when asked why this is(no coffee ready) the front desk told my husband maybe you should buy coffee on the way instead, we'll unless we getting a discount on our room im sure the amount of money we paying on these rooms cover our breakfast and coffee so why should we? Trash is running over by the elevators they need to work better on customer service and Trash pickup.

TRU Hotel is a beautiful and very visually pleasing property, especially inside. I definitely enjoy my stay when ever I come into town but the only concern i have is that everytime I stay i pay for the late checkout when I check in so when the day for me to checkout late I get a loud disturbing knocking at the door saying time to checkout so now I gotta get up go downstairs talk to the ppl at the front desk and they say they didnt know anything about it now this happens every time I stayed at this location other location I never experience this before so that's the only concern I have so can someone please help them find a better way to communicate with day and night shift there.

We checked into this hotel for the storm of 26' fully expecting our home to be out of power. We stayed for 2 nights - breakfast was decent. Had 10 people in 3 rooms. Moved to this location for the pool and location proximity to the hospital and Waffle House. Erika was the front desk worker when we checked in and the entire time we were there, she slept on site and kept it all going. The hotel was FULL and she managed it with a smile, calmly, patiently and efficiently. The staff kept the areas clean. The grands fully enjoyed the pool table, the pool itself, the TVs everywhere. I wish it had microwaves in the rooms, but other than that it served us so well. Fully recommend, great price, amazing staff, fun amenities, quiet rooms and decent internet. Thank you Tru by Hilton and especially, Erika, you helped my "grandma's heart" to keep our family safe during an anxious time and I truly appreciate you!

We were in town for a party and stayed here for three nights with extended family. Had a great stay. Erica was very attentive and friendly. All the staff were on top of everything. From keeping the breakfast items readily available to refilling up the coffee, to housekeeping turning over the rooms. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Very modern decor. My granddaughter loved the pool. The cars on the road were sometimes loud at night but the easy on/ off to I 85 made it worthwhile. Will ask for a room facing the back next time. Will definitely stay here again.
