We could have stayed at my sister's so we inquired about a refund since we didn’t actually need it. We were told that it wasn’t possible to do after check in but I am glad we stayed because customer service was excellent. Truth, I can be a bit of a Karen but their kindness and professionalism shut her right up!

What happened to customer service I just wanted to change it so I could go. Everything shuts down in North Carolina due to any sleet snow or ice. So I guess the Mother Nature and the greediness of the hotel ruined my trip. Don’t stay here any other hotel would be more humane!!!!!
