- LLLavendula LadyOct 25, 20255.0On our way home, we were fortunate to find this hotel conveniently located off Route 85. The facility is gated and the parking lot is brightly lit. We were warmly greeted at 8pm at the front desk by Sunshine. We did not have reservations, but she made check in easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We were so happy to finally find a hotel stay with excellent air/heating units that worked well. The bed was very comfortable and we had a complimentary bottle of water in our room. This is a no smoking facility which is great for people who are sensitive to smoke smells. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. The hand soap dispenser was not filled, the tub and floor felt a little slippery like it could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise, towels were clean and plentyful. In the morning the staff at breakfast was bright, cheery and warm. Big shout out to Antony for an amazing breakfast. He was on top of everything. Big shout out to Sunshine who was bright and cheerful in the early morning hours. Big shout out to Demise who greeted us with his amazing smile and made checkout easy. I told him about the bathroom and he immediately addressed it. Best stay. Before arriving here, we spent our vacation at a conference center, paid double the price and this Holiday Inn Express outshined that location. We will definitely return again.
