I was greeted with a smile and over the top service from Gabby who worked at the front desk. Whether it was food suggestions or room accommodations everything was met to expectation and above. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling through the area as the little bit extra it cost was well worth it.

We experience some trouble with some guests that were staying at the hotel the same time we were. This was not the hotel's fault. As this is just general rude people problem. As far as our overall stay , the hotel was very nice in our room was very clean and very nice as well. The front desk was very accommodating and genuinely cared about how our stay was. The hotel its self is nice and would stay here again if we are ever back in Gastiona. Want to say a special thank you for being so accommodating and genuine about our stay to Amy and Luke. Now to the bartender she was great with her kind manner and beautiful grey hair from start to finish. Great communication, great mixologist, and great personality. Now to the food can you say 5 star 🌟 I ordered the Ribeye, vegetables, and fries it was perfect!!!! The chef needs to be in a NY restaurant headlining! Hilton Garden Inn in Gastonia you get 5 stars! I will definitely return.

Our room was very spacious, very comfortable & very clean . Unfortunately the indoor heated pool was not so heated & the pool shower had a broken handle & did not work but that is just a minor inconvenience that would not reflect my overall opinion of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again since cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff & convenience is most important. Thank you guys for all you do to ensure guests with a pleasant stay.
