I thought gold members get 2 waters complimentary, but nothing said about them at check-in. Rooms are very dated. Somewhat recently updated but this building has seen better days. The woman at the desk in the morning was much more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We can't understand why deposit was needed as many times stayed should have been good enough to establish credibility We asked for two each of towels and washcolths along with 1 bathmat less than 5 minutes after checkin.He was acting bothered he had to go after the items and said We would have to turn in for exchange any more items.We are honor members and the untrusting clerk exhibited to us unessesary conduct He did not explain a deposit was being charged and should have .We got deposit back and alls good but this man sure was acting like he did not like his job .Don't take it out on the customer and be respectful
