(Initally chose an airbnb, but the price was comparable, while BW offered early check-in, breakfast and a better location). We ended up taking an early check-in so that we could get ready in time, which was offered at a nominal rate. I would stay here again if I am back in the area. Room : clean, no frills, good A/C and lights. No issues with cleanliness. Nice bathroom. Food : Good breakfast selection, but also Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are literally 20 steps away. Location: 20 mins to the airport, 20 mins to the wedding in Dallas, and literally off the highway. Such a good location! Looks like this was family run - well kept and perfect for a short stay. Thank you to the owners!

- RBRebecca BruceOct 6, 20254.0Opal and "Cheeks" are wonderful assests to this company and Brand. Don't lose your 2 best employees! They are what keep people coming back to stay. I have been a rewards member for years. Becoming a rewards member is a must. Points never expire. The customer service in person or over the phone is superb and Best Western is always running lots of promotions where you can double your points or get a free night's stay which is why I love coming here. Other places you never know what your gonna get. The prices here are really good, rooms are always very comfortable, not bad odor, sheets and towels always crisp and clean and free buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from. The only improvement I will say is the housekeeping is not where it should be. I always bring a container of Lysol wipes and I shouldn't have to clean thats what I'm paying for. Although the room looked nice and smelled nice for the most part I did see a lot of visible dirt that housekeeping should have taken care of. Nightstands, microwave and lights witches and on the wall in the bathroom. If I can see it, then they did to. All the dirt came off with the Lysol wipes but it ain't my job. This is why I don't leave housekeeping tips anymore.
