  Was very clean front counter people very nice my husband is handicapped and we forgot his placard cuz this was an emergency trip. So we parked right by the front door just to register I told go to the room and I'll move the car to a regular parking spot. Front counter people said don't worry bout moving you're fine stay in the handicapped space for your stay. Thought that was very nice of them.

  Rooms NEED to be mopped. The floors had a tackiness to them. Our socks were black from walking around for only 10 minutes in the room. We had to specifically wash our feet, put on new socks, and walk to the bed then take off our socks. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Strange smells coming from the ice machine on the ground floor. Breakfast area was dirty and disheveled. The hash brown potatoes were completely undercooked and crunchy. We thought they were supposed to be cooked in the waffle maker by the guests at first because of how underdone they were. Then we realized we were meant to consume these raw potatoes and trashed them. Completely unsafe. The sausage was so overcooked that it was essentially jerky and my 4 year old son couldn’t rip it apart. Terrible experience especially for paying $128 for a single night. I would expect this experience from a $70 or less Motel room. This place needs new management immediately and we wasted our money here. Will never stay again. Bathroom sink was leaky. Shower curtain had debris on it from previous guest’s bio splatter. Shower walls had soapy residue and clearly aren’t washed well if at all. Nightstand had a hole in it on the top surface. A device near the ceiling outside our room door was very loud and buzzing as well. No hot water at the sink. Low water pressure so we had to touch the inside of the sink as we washed our hands. Based on the cleanliness of everything else, I imagine the sink only appears clean and is not actually clean. The baseboards/trim work appear to be warped and broken in places. We assume from animal messes. Even larger reason to mop every room. This place needs a serious deep clean and completely new management who will actually ensure the cleanliness of the rooms. Cannot say enough: do not waste your money here.

  Breakfast was pathetic, rooms cheaply done, fixtures falling apart, TV flickering. Bed hard a rock, pillows belong on a couch. Bedframe groans everytime you move. Door does not close well and rattles when others close theirs. Windows must be made of cardboard cause they block NO sounds.

  Said they were pet friendly when I called. This is not true. Coordinated the day around this stay only to find out “pet friendly” only means dogs. They will not tell you this up front on the phone.

  it's a nice place they typically leave you alone unless you need them, they are quick to help if you need it. it was a comfortable stay all in all. I would recommend staying there.
