We had booked for a work week and our employee was going to be making meals all week. They didn't care that his food would go bad. Not willing to put him in another room as well.

Issues are inoperative gym equipment, hit-or-miss breakfast, no laundry machines, old bathrooms and most importantly weed odor permeating entrance, lobby, and all corridors. Breakfast, some days runs out, others, well stocked. Breakfast worker is kind and efficient. Front desk people nice, but some evening employees come off as non-caring and annoyed. No acknowledgement of IHG Member status, or gift bag. All cardio machines in gym broken. Free weights and bench only.

Needless to say it’s been 6 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten it mailed to me! They won’t return my calls and how is it that I can’t even get the manager to call me! Very frustrating when someone guarantees something and fall short of doing so. Very poor customer service and management!
