Needless to say it’s been 6 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten it mailed to me! They won’t return my calls and how is it that I can’t even get the manager to call me! Very frustrating when someone guarantees something and fall short of doing so. Very poor customer service and management!

Overall, my experience was decent, but there are a few things worth mentioning. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, offering enough space to move around without feeling cramped. However, cleanliness could use some improvement. While it wasn’t terrible, there were a few areas that didn’t seem as thoroughly cleaned as they should be. My biggest issue was with customer service. On more than one occasion, I found myself waiting 5 to 10 minutes at the front desk before anyone appeared to assist me. For a paid stay, that kind of delay feels unacceptable, especially when customer service should be a priority in hospitality. On the positive side, the hotel is in a very convenient location, with several restaurants and retail stores nearby. Grabbing a quick bite or picking up last-minute items was easy and hassle-free. Bottom line: I would recommend this hotel for its location and room comfort, but they definitely need to improve their customer service responsiveness.

It was hot so it was nice to cool off at the pool. After a week when I realized I left something in the safe, I was very impressed with Sky who answered my call. She located my jewelry bag, and mailed it directly to me. Thank you! We will be back.
