    Cockroach infestation. We left after we spotted 5 roaches after being there 3hrs and they refused to give us a refund even though we didnt stay for the 3 days we had booked.... because of the cockroaches. We took photos and dead roaches that we had killed as evidence and they didnt care.

    The staff was unfriendly. They didn't clean our room because they said they thought they smelled smoke. However, they allowed us to book and pay for an additional night!! They are the WORST. If that was true, I'm sure they wouldn't have allowed us to stay again! Since you dis allow us to stay another night , you should've cleaned the darn room!! They suck and that was my worst experience with a hotel.
