However, the staff was extremely friendly and the complimentary breakfast was the best hotel breakfast on our week long trip of paid hotel breakfasts. Room was clean & everything worked for us.

There are no really suite for a family of 3 or more but it meets the need of a place to stay. They serve breakfast and the staff is professional and does a good job.

Unfortunately the establishment is older and it’s starting to show in the rooms and with appliances. If corporate put as much effort/refurbishment into service as the staff I’ve dealt with do it would be way better.
- GGGatorJosh01Jan 8, 20263.0⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3-Star Review I’m currently staying at the IHG on Fort Bragg. Overall, it’s a mixed experience. The room itself is okay, but the hotel definitely feels dated. The bathroom is very old, and the shower does not drain well — water backs up during a shower and ends up covering your feet or even reaching your ankles by the time you’re done. The tile and fixtures look worn, and the old-school air conditioning and curtains add to the outdated feel. The carpet is also pretty old and somewhat ragged. Breakfast is fine, but nothing special — just the standard IHG breakfast, which gets the job done but doesn’t stand out. That said, the staff is outstanding. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been super friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. They absolutely deserve the highest marks and are the best part of the stay. If the rooms and facilities were updated, this place would be much better. For now, I’d rate the hotel itself around a 2–3, but the staff alone earns full credit.
