I came in super late/early- 3 am Monday morning and the front desk employee/night auditor was so incredibly nice and welcoming. I wish I would’ve asked for her name but it’s the lady who worked Sunday pm to Monday 11/17 am. I haven’t even been here for 24 hours but really wanted to point out the exceptional customer service from the lady at check-in and the man currently working up front.

We had never stayed here before but have stayed on other military bases and this was the absolute worst experience ever. The staff were wonderful but this review is not about the staff. This review is %100 about the room. First the furniture was stained and the floors had the worst carpet I have ever seen. There was rust in the bathroom shower. The towel rod fell when I touched the towels. The smell was so strong. It smelled like an old abandoned building with mildew and when I turned on the heat it only got worse. I am so disappointed in the military if this is how they treat their soldiers and their families. At least warn people when they call to make a reservation that the place is this bad and waiting to be condemned.
