  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a business trip, and I can't help but express my gratitude for the entire experience. Initially, we faced some issues with another hotel, which made us anxious, but fortunately, we ended up at the Holiday Inn. I truly believe it was a blessing in disguise! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and understanding of our situation. Their welcoming demeanor made a significant difference in our stay. It's clear they are committed to providing excellent service, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property itself is impressive – spacious, well-maintained, and inviting. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in keeping the location in top shape. I felt that I could give a 100% rating to this establishment without hesitation! Thank you, Holiday Inn, for turning a challenging start into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a business trip or leisure getaway. You won’t be disappointed.

  Clean room. Seems understaffed. The usual breakfast buffet set up is also fake I guess….

  Completely getaway location you’d almost say isolated joint. Quite a serene proximity to the Gillis Hills/Cliffdale commercial hubs. New construction. Pleasant staff✅

  While there is another hotel close by, this is the one to stay at. Located close to Apple Bees, Waffle house and more fast food. The hotel itself is nice. You will pay for breakfast, lol. Really not worth it. You're better off at the Waffle house. No one really stays at the desk and good luck with coffee after 10am. They are NOT coffee drinker friendly.

  Generally speaking, the Holiday Inn & Suites W-Ft Bragg was acceptable but certainly not my best IHG experience. The hotel is tucked behind a shopping center with convenient access to a large number of restaurants within a couple minutes drive. A few including IHOP and Applebee's are about a 3-5 minute walk. The hotel also has a restaurant on site with a limited menu. Unlike some IHG hotels, breakfast is ordered from menu and customers pay. The restaurant staff were very friendly and professional but some menu options weren't available due to ingredients shortages. My experience with the front desk staff was mixed - most of the time the staff didn't greet patrons as they walked in and one was busy looking at cell phone every time I walked by the front desk. Rooms were ok but needed some maintenance; rust on the door frames and other minor damage although fairly quiet. The gym has basic equipment.
