- WWWJKJan 6, 20262.0No coffee maker in the room. Every time they tell me I can’t add my Hilton’s honors because I booked through a third party. We are not in that kind of relationship. I choose Hilton for a reason. Towels were wet. Clean, probably but wet. Long lines at check in at 11 PM. Poor lady at the desk was working hard but shame on you for understaffing and making people wait after long drives this close to midnight. Beer in the cooler was warm. Meh. Will think twice before staying at another Tru by Hilton. ขี้เหนียว
- CHCheryl HurtJan 1, 20261.0This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in in our entire lives and we are a long time Hilton members. We had business in Fayetteville and since we know the quality of Hilton and this was closest to our appointment we booked here. We were unable to reach anybody at the desk because you must go through an appointment desk somewhere in the other side of the world, but the gentleman assured us we would be "on the fifth floor away from any noise" but we were not. We were put in an adjoining room on the second floor, and I don't know what we were surrounded by, but it sounded like drunken elephants around us, and above us. Stomping, shrieking, shouting down the hallways, partying in the hallways. Lots of slamming doors and raised voices, stomp stomp stomp slam. We called the front desk at 2 AM and they did nothing. We called the front desk again at 4:30 and they did absolutely nothing. Our only option was to check out. We will never stay here again and we highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The front desk agent Marquitta was very rude, unprofessional and was visible upset about the littlest question. She had a very odd demeanor was honestly off putting, sloppy and unfit to be the face of any establishment.
