  Centralized to a lot. Staggering distance to Outback and Hooters.

  Hilton members. We had business in Fayetteville and since we know the quality of Hilton and this was the closest to our appointment we booked here. We were completely unable to reach anybody at the desk because you must go through an appointment desk, but the gentleman assured us we would “be on the fifth floor away from any noise.“ We were not. We were put in an adjoining room on the second floor and I don’t know what we were surrounded by, but it sounded like drunken elephants. Stomping, shrieking, shouting down the hallways, partying in the hallways. Somebody in the room above us stomping across the room for hours at a time, stomp stomp stomp. stomp. We called the front desk at 2 AM. They did nothing. We called the front desk again at 4:30 AM and they did absolutely nothing. Our only option was to check out. We will never stay here again and we advise anyone reading this to avoid at all costs.

  We stayed at Tru by Hilton while traveling with our 12U Jr. Pirates hockey team and our service dog, and we couldn’t have been happier! The rooms were fantastic—love the no-carpet design—and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Walking distance to food, convenient parking, delicious breakfast, and outstanding customer service made our stay seamless. The kids loved playing pool in the lobby! As Diamond members, we highly recommend this hotel.
