We stayed here twice in two weeks, which gave us a good feel for the property overall.
Rooms:
• First week: King Suite with split layout (Room 518) — spacious and convenient with a semi–full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and two-burner stove.
• Second week: Standard King Suite (Room 614) — same great amenities without the split design.
What Could Be Better:
• Some furniture feels lightweight and worn; the living room table and desk was noticeably wobbly; squeaky office chair.
• Curtains and sheers had stains and a few tears — could use a refresh.
• Walls had visible marks in several spots and would benefit from a deeper clean.
• Sofa in both rooms showed wear and could use a professional steam cleaning.
• Breakfast is okay but rotates the same items every other day, so variety is limited.
• Technology is dated — the TV isn’t personalized (no guest greeting), doesn’t support streaming apps, and channel selections are limited.
What They Do Well:
• Bed is comfortable and enough towels for a few days.
• Staff is excellent — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
• Hallways and elevators are clean and smell fresh.
• Good snack selection in the lobby.
• Plenty of parking.
• Convenient location near several restaurants, some within walking distance.
• High ceilings and in-room ceiling fans are a big plus.
• Bright, open hallways add to the overall comfort.
Overall:
We travel to Fayetteville often and have stayed at several Hilton properties in the area. Despite a few housekeeping and furniture issues, this has been the best stay so far — largely because of the outstanding staff. With some updates and deeper room cleaning, this hotel could easily surpass more expensive options nearby.

This hotel was exactly what I needed for a last-minute stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly even with two different motorcycle clubs staying at the same time. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though I wasn’t a big fan of the pancake hash browns, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was clean & housekeeping came every other day to bring fresh towels. The staff was more than nice & professional. We liked the semi-kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishes & silverware. And a table, chairs & a sitting area. A TV in both room & sitting area. There was free breakfast every day. And on Wednesdays they had free crackers, cheese & alcoholic beverages. They had a fitness center that was nice. I did work out a couple of nights. The washers were out of order before we arrived. But the dryers still worked. Almost 2 weeks off being there the hot water for the shower was out. The front desk said they were waiting on a part & that was day 2. On day 3 still no part. We took 3 days of cold showers‼️🥶 So, we left & went to another hotel. They had to give some guests refunds. I guess Lowe's Home Improvements didn't the part in stock. And STILL were taking new guests.🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀

Dear Hilton Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at one of your hotels. As a loyal customer who frequently chooses Hilton for business trips, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodations during my last visit.
Upon arrival, I noticed that the hallways and rooms were not only unclean but also emitted an unpleasant odor reminiscent of dog urine and other pet smells. This environment was incredibly off-putting and did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from the Hilton brand.
Additionally, I was told that the carpets could not be shampooed due to concerns that the glue underneath would be damaged. While I understand the challenges involved in maintaining the integrity of your facilities, the health and comfort of your guests should take precedence. The offensive odors and unhygienic conditions created an environment that was not only uncomfortable but potentially harmful to guests' health.
As a paying customer who expects a clean and welcoming environment, I believe it is unacceptable to compromise on cleanliness, especially when guests pay premium prices for their stays. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that guests can enjoy the quality accommodations that Hilton is known for.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response detailing how you intend to resolve these issues.
Sincerely,
A very unhappy customer
