- CLchelle leeSep 22, 20251.0This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Upon check in I presented a debit card to secure the room. The very next morning I went and charged my stay to my capital one credit card. The $450 charged to my debit card and only $192.10 has been refunded. He never indicated why the rest of the funds were never returned. He said I was repeating myself and hung up on me. Bank of America and capital one are now investigating. Newport hospitality group is the owner of this hotel. Please check you receipt upon check. I have a feeling that this is common practice with this group and I will be suing them for all the stress and energy that I have had during this nightmare. Please be careful when renting rooms from these people.

The second was the attitude of the lady handling the breakfast. Maybe she was having a bad day, none the less, her attitude and tone of voice when asked a question needs some fine tuning. Other than that the stay was wonderful. Staff friendly and rhe location was easy to find.
- GMGrace MarySep 3, 20251.0Won’t Be Coming Back I’ve stayed at Home2Suites Hotel three times now, and on another stay here I had a bad experience with the same front desk employee named Diamond. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even openly mocking me during my recent stay. I remembered her from my visit six months ago because of how poorly she treated me then — and nothing has changed. The lady standing behind me also commented on how rude diamond was. Diamond has no people skills and should not be working at the front desk. I think the manager, Crystal, should seriously reconsider having her in that role. After being treated like that again, I will not be coming back. There are better places to stay where guests are treated with respect.
