Very nice rooms, excellent staff, William, and Keressa at the front desk were very polite and pleasant. The breakfast bar ❤️❤️ and clean quiet surroundings... I can't say enough about this Hotel, great place to stay
Review: Great Service, but Room Prep and Breakfast Need Improvement
Rating: 3/5
Overall, my stay was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the room was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated.
However, we ran into several issues with the basic amenities. When we arrived, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, no shampoo at all, and not enough towels for our group.
The Staff:
The staff truly saved the experience. I spoke with a young man at the front desk who was incredibly nice and immediately provided toilet paper. Later, another gentleman helped us out by bringing the shampoo and extra towels we needed. They were very professional and helpful.
The Downside:
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Most of the hot food was served cold. Additionally, the sugar-free, 0-calorie strawberry kiwi juice tasted spoiled and was undrinkable.
If the hotel can improve their room inspections (to ensure they are fully stocked) and heat up the breakfast, this would be a 5-star stay. The team working there is excellent, but the logistics need work.

Excellent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fayetteville North. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym, a relaxing pool on the first floor, and complimentary coffee available all day. Breakfast (8–11 a.m.) offers plenty of options and was a great way to start the morning.
The location is very convenient—close to Fort Liberty, Cross Creek Mall, and great local restaurants like Luigi’s Italian Chophouse and Circa 1800. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Would gladly stay here again.
I've stayed here a few times now on business trips to the area. It's a newer hotel and the rooms are clean, staff service is friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast is better than most. My only ding would be the mattress. For my personal preference, it lacks support and isn't very comfortable.
No luggage carts, took 1 hour of waiting. Appears to be only 2 luggage carts for four story building.
In person at 9:25am, I asked the front desk for bathing gel and wash cloths, as none was in the dispenser in the shower. And the suite room only came with 2 wash clothes (for 4 people). No one showed. We called and asked housekeeping, at 11am. No one showed. We then went back to the front desk, to retrieve them, at 11:30am.
Additionally: We went to breakfast between 9:25-9:30, no waffle mix, no sausage, no French toast, no fresh fruit, (others had these food items on their plate) Also, please note that several families came down, after mine, disappointed at the limited items. 3 out of 4 juice drinks were broken on the machine. Only the yucky enhance water was available.
To add: Why can’t there be non dairy milk offered? I have family members allergic to dairy, so they ate cereal with water.
Paying high money for high expectations, to be let down. Money gone. Is unacceptable!
Two times, in one week, both Hilton hotels! I did not get to get in the pool! (& well, another review on here states the pool could be warmer, so probably cold just like the pool in Pooler, Ga, seems to be a thing with Hilton.) I’m going to have to go back to Marriott!
Disappointed during our families vacation by Hilton, at both hotels! I’ve decided to book Airbnb for our next stay this week! smh.
