The very rude man who answered the phone said he could not look it up by my name. I said I believe deleted my confirmation email by mistake and don't have a reservation number. If I show up there and don't have it in front of me, you're not going to be able to look up my name and give me my room? He said no. Then he said here's what's happening, you never had a reservation in the first place or you would have your reservation number. He said people call here all the time that have booked online and complain about the rate and say they don't have a confirmation number and the fact is you never had a reservation confirmed in the first place. I asked again if he could try to look up the reservation by name and he said no. He said a few other rude things and hung up on me.

There was an issue with our original reservation at another Holiday Inn in Fayetteville and we were moved to Two Bale Lane location.
