There was an issue with our original reservation at another Holiday Inn in Fayetteville and we were moved to Two Bale Lane location. Christina did everything to make sure our transition went smoothly. She is wonderful. We will be back. Thanks Christina.

Told my party we had to wait, while she talked with food in her mouth. When I booked my room, I asked for early check-in. I also had print out, but was still denied. Very rude. Then our room was subpar, with broken furniture. Called front desk and was on hold for 30 min. Went to front desk and told them I was on hold, instead associate lied and said I hung up. Made request about furniture, went back to my room as was still on hold as I hadn't hung up. Associate answered phone, then I hang up. Finally chair was fixed, 2 hrs later. I'll stay at Embassy next visit
