This hotel is missing a few things like breakfast and drinkable coffee. They don’t use a hypoallergenic detergent which only matters if you have sensitive skin issues, for this reason I won’t be staying there again.
the staff was nice and friendly though

Let's get straight to the point, stayed here on 11/2/25 room and hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. No bugs found and I did a very heavy search. Service dog was welcomed no questions asked. Staff was great very friendly. I opted to not get breakfast due to the extra charge and Chick-fil-A breakfast is cheaper. Plenty of space to walk the dog in a very large field out front. I 100% would stay here again.

Recent visit (10/9-10/12)to this location. Upon arrival I was pleasantly pleased with the location and-esthetics! I am IHG member and a close friend who is also an IHG member for 20 yrs plus worked as an executive for IHG gifted me some points as a part of my birthday gift. She has had me as a guest in the past and the process has been easy and without issue. I provide my name and confirmation to Linda who was checking guest in. For some reason she did not see my name or the confirmation # provided. I politely asked if she could check under my friends name and she saw the reservation. I contacted my friend to verify that she had my name as a a guest and had her on speakerphone to speak with Linda. Visually, by this time, I could see that Linda was becoming agitated and inpatient. My friend asked if she could check in the notes and stated that she made sure to have my name as the guest. Linda wasn’t able to see my name. I noticed that she rolled her eyes and appeared frustrated at having to search! Friend stated that it was odd because she’s never experienced this and is aware of the process and policy. Linda rudely stated, “well every policy isn’t the same!” Her tone was rude, curt and condescending, stating that they’ve experienced fraud and etc. I asked her to get her manager! I spoke with the assistant Manager who was very friendly and patient. While speaking with her I could clearly see that Linda was speaking under her breath and also trying to talk over me as I explained the situation. She stated that IHG office will need to be contacted. My friend complied and contacted IHG. A member from corporate contacted the hotel and spoke with Linda and stated that they saw my name in the notes. Nonetheless, Linda would not check me in. She also didn’t inform me of the conversation with the IHG rep! I was only made aware that they contacted her because I was on hold with my friend. After some time the issue was resolved and I was checked in by the assistant manager. I did inform her that Linda was very rude and her tone and behavior was unnecessary. If she’s not willing to be patient and help resolve issues then maybe customer service isn’t where she needs to be. Linda is rude and need to get trained on conflict resolution or maybe retire!! She also never apologized for her rude! Everyone else that I’d encountered was very friendly, welcoming and professional! The hotel is clean and nice. Just don’t get checked in by Linda!
