    It took me 4 calls to get my reservation correct, I’m deaf and wear cochlear implants and on my third week of recovering from total hip replacement surgery, but I had an event that I had to go to in Fayetteville NC, but I originally asked for a handicap room and that I was bringing a dog, two nights, when I got the email confirmation it was one night, so on the third call I no longer had a handicap room and was put on the second floor and was told I can’t have pets only service dogs, I’ve brought my pet there before with no issues, It seems the people I’m talking to speak English very bad and don’t understand me. I use a caption phone and explained that to them. So on my fourth call they finally got the reservations correct. The coffee pot in my room did not work so in the mornings I had to go down stairs to get my coffee. I’ve stayed in the same hotel many times before but this will be my last time.

    Advised the front desk there was an issue with the drainage of the tub while showering, took a horrible fall in the tub resulting in a swollen knee, advised the front desk all they said was a scripted im so sorry that happened

    I paid 380.00..somthing to stay here and when I tell you it was just a horrible experience it was. I had a room that smelled like weed with my 2 yr old I was not happy. The lady at the front desk was super nice. I can tell you after she left. The two guys at the front desk was acting super weird like no real friendly interaction they did however tell me that I can't have breakfast cause it was not included in the price for a room that was almost 400$ ...are you serious! I have a kid and I wanted to feed her breakfast. The Hilton can really go somewhere and I'm never coming back. They had too many house keepers coming to my room including security asking if i needed anything. That was super weird and uncomfortable. I'm not happy that even Paris who I absolutely love would allow them to not feed the guest that pay nearly 400 for a room. Outrageous..all that money and no food and have the staff (security)constantly checking and bothering the guest. The only good things is she gave me another room after the room smelled of Marijuana. I don't care to stay here ever again. Also change the tile on the floor by the pools it's too slippery we kept sliding. It should be concrete. Then you guys charged my card for 6$ for God knows what. U gotta be kidding me. Yep NEVER again you guys absolutely lost my business and the way I see this place. I will spread the word thanks.

    Room is clean , bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, we have been here all week. I would come here again.

    Really nice hotel and the staff was great! The location is close to some shopping and fun options as well. They have a bar and restaurant in hotel but I didn't get to check it out. The breakfast is a paid breakfast and I ordered the eggs sausage and potatoes which was pretty good. The only issue I came across was being charged for the in room waters and another charge that was added. When I called to get a resolution I didn't get the best service and had to explain that I understood was a debit and credit was on my own account but the manager stepped right in and got it fixed. I would say just double check the water charge but other than that I'll def be back!! The room itself was clean and laid out well!
