They have a bar and restaurant in hotel but I didn't get to check it out. The breakfast is a paid breakfast and I ordered the eggs sausage and potatoes which was pretty good. The only issue I came across was being charged for the in room waters and another charge that was added. When I called to get a resolution I didn't get the best service and had to explain that I understood was a debit and credit was on my own account but the manager stepped right in and got it fixed. I would say just double check the water charge but other than that I'll def be back!! The room itself was clean and laid out well!

Rooms are spacious with ample storage space for clothes. Staff is very helpful, has a great gym facility, and breakfast was very good.
- EEEricOct 7, 20253.0I Typically stay at this Hilton Garden in in Fayetteville North Carolina on Sycamore Dairy Road when I come home to visit, because of its location. I usually prepay for my room in advance because I like to bundle my hotel, flight and rental car for better rates, often through Priceline. I don't typically have issues, but this time around was a very disappointing experience . Especially due to the circumstances surrounding my visit. I came down for a funeral and to support my sister and family. My niece passed away suddenly, so this was a very difficult trip to make, but the last thing l thought l would have an issue with is my room payment, because I always pay for my room in advance when I stay here . Unfortunately, when I checked in, although very friendly, the person checking me in on October 4th, 2025 around 11:30 am seemed extremely inexperienced. She ended up botching my check in and charged me for a room l had already paid for in advance through Priceline, despite me explaining to her in detail that my room was already paid for. In addition to dealing with helping my family deal with the funeral, grieving, etc., I had to go back and forth with the front desk and Priceline to finally get tne issue resolved, just to find out it's going to take 5 business days for me to get my money back. This was additional stress we didn't need. I would like to say thank you to the young lady, that helped me book and extend my stay for a another night on the morning of Oct 6th (unfortunately I don't remember her name) .She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She identified what the first lady who checked me in did wrong and tried to help resolve it. I also want to say thank to the young mah that ultimately helped resolve the issue when I checked out on the morning of Oct 7th . He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in resolving my issue.
