- JBJana BatistaDec 30, 20255.0We stopped by briefly on a road trip. We arrived late, but were still very well received. The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. Our room was great, spacious, and well equipped, with a mini kitchen with a microwave and minibar, which was great for storing the kids' things. The bathroom is large and spacious, the toiletries are high quality and fragrant, and everything was very clean. The beds are good and comfortable. This hotel includes breakfast, which is great, but we woke up late and it is only served until 9 a.m., so we only had time for coffee. But the buffet looks plentiful with plenty of options from what we saw. The location is good, close to shops and the highway. Our experience was great, I recommend this hotel for you and your family! (Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo).

The front desk staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is exceptional—hard to believe it’s included. The only downside was the housekeeping activity. Doors were repeatedly left with the deadbolt engaged, causing them to slam loudly as staff went in and out of rooms. This made the hallway shake and was quite disruptive. Even after repeated requests to have this process stopped, it continued. Ruined the entire experience.

The bar was cozy with a good selection, and the servers were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet staff were exceptionally kind and made it feel like a true home away from home. Of all the Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at, this one stands out. I’ll definitely be back again and again!
