We arrived 12/30/25 around 6pm and there was a homeless man asking for $ as we got out of our car. Checked in and got to our room, no bar soap, 1/2 roll of toilet paper and none left in the room, no shampoo. There was a container of shower gel and hair conditioner in the shower. We did go down to the front desk and got soap and toilet paper. We had dinner in the restaurant and ordered a club sandwich, never saw a club sandwich served on a roll.

This hotel is a bit old, but closer to the 95. Front desk and room service are very friendly. The breakfast was at a good value. I ordered pickup and the order always comes with free coffee or juice. And the lady who handed over the coffee to me also provided plenty amount of cream and sugar. Good value.

A Perfect Overnight Stay – Quiet, Comfortable, and Welcoming We chose this hotel as an overnight stop while traveling from Florida to Virginia for the holidays, and we were so glad we picked this location. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. We were traveling with our service animal, and the room was incredibly calm and quiet—both of us had a great night’s sleep with absolutely no noise throughout the night. That alone made a huge difference during a long trip. Cassandra was wonderful during check-in—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She greeted us as loyal Hilton Honors members and, of course, with the famous warm DoubleTree cookies, which instantly brought back great memories. I used to stay at DoubleTrees often but not as much recently, and this stay reminded me why I loved them so much. It definitely made me want to book more DoubleTree by Hilton stays in the future. We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, overall atmosphere, and the friendliness of the entire staff. The room was impressively quiet—no loud elevators, ice machines, or doors slamming nearby. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which made all the difference after a long day of travel. The bed was super comfortable with a soft, fluffy comforter, and we got the much-needed rest we were hoping for. Honestly, it was hard to leave the next morning because we were so comfortable! The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nearby options for breakfast, restaurants, and gas stations, making it ideal for travelers. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay. We left feeling refreshed and ready to continue our journey—and very grateful for such a pleasant experience.

Let's take a moment to talk about this place. This was our second stay here and I don't think we'll be stopping again. The price is ok, rooms are average, parking is a major headache with that weird side lot. Staff is excellent. Cookies are good. Still at this price point it needs something a bit more than average. The other Doubletree locations I have stayed at had full breakfasts. That was nice. Other hotels near this one do to.

We have been stopping at this hotel driving south for over 12 years. It never ever disappoints. Best hotel off i95 with great amenities! Rooms are updated , clean and comfortable. Hands down , best road trip bed (I like solid pillows ). By far best small off I95 hotel gym. Updated cardio equipment, free weights with bench and a set of cables. Can get a full work out with that. Hotel staff very friendly. Great location! Highly recommend! Well run hotel.
