- CLChris LApr 26, 20265.0I had a late flight and arrived in Fayetteville close to 2AM, I was able to secure a last minute reservation with candlewood suites and did not regret it. A security guard greeted us and unlocked the doors to the hotel, which was a good sign. The workers at the front desk were friendly and genuine. The room was clean and modern, and very comfortable. Water temperature is nice and hot, free parking, laundry facilities and gym. I had a good experience and would come back!

The rooms are good sized, bed is comfortable.Desk and easy chair. Plenty of linens were provided and additional linens available on request. There is always free coffee available in the lobby, free laundry facility for guests. An outdoor grill area. Plenty of free parking. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes from Fort Bragg. Vanessa was very helpful. Nice, comfortable lobby, a good gathering place.

- KMKatie MuranoMar 5, 20262.0Arrived at 2am just to sleep on the way down to Florida. The check-in staff was nice and helped us get checked in quickly. The room looked very cute but as soon as we walked in, we got hit with a very musty and moldy odor. The comforter for our bed had a fresh stain on it and the sheets had hairs all over them, so it was very obvious the comforter and the sheets had not been washed, so gross. 😭 Our toilet seat was dirty. The air conditioner made the most annoying, loud, tapping and banging noises all night long. The walls are so thin at this place, the sound insulation is awful. We heard people above us from about 2:30am -3:30am banging and walking around. Everything was so loud, it sounded like they were right in the same room with us. We got in so late and all we wanted was to sleep - between the dirty bed, moldy smell, the noisy broken air conditioner and the paper thin walls, it wasn’t worth the money we paid in the slightest.
