I reserved a room in Durham before arriving; assuming that this hotel was of the same quality as Best Western, I scheduled a business trip in the area. When I arrived, people were standing around, smoking, carrying on as if no one cared about respect . I couldn't get any sleep due to the noise outside of my room. I had no idea that SEVERAL people reside here permanently. I will never book a room here again.

Again I would recommend anyone to come here. We slept like babies last night. So again thank you for your services.
