It's a week ago today that we stayed. I left the room early and never got back before my daughter left so after years of trying to find a good hotel quality pillow I left my pillow at the hotel. I've called and called and called. One girl is very kind and answers the phone. The other one won't answer at all. If she would have answered and somebody would have just walked down there and got my pillow, I could have turned around and picked it up at the front desk but no, it's a week now and I finally found out that the cleaning ladies have not reported it. In all fairness I tried to get them to compensate me because it'll take $170 to replace that pillow and pillowcase with a room because we'll have to be going back next month reasoning that this review will hurt them worse than the loss of the income of one room for a night but they denied that offer. The refrigerator was very loud as well as the heating unit and we couldn't figure out how to shut off the fan and a neighboring heating unit was admitting a high-pitched noise all night long. There was blood on the floor. Other than that our checking in girl was very nice and kind and the room was nice. Mr owner if you wanted to take measures to correct the situation I would be glad to edit my review. Oh and $20 was added to the bill when we got there because we booked through Super.com

Do not be fooled by the photos—this hotel is a complete dump. We arrived at 4 PM and our reserved King wasn’t available, so we were given two Queens. The main elevator was broken, forcing us to walk around the building. The room was filthy: blood stains, dirty linens, and a grimy bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was broken, the pool was tiny and dirty, and there were no towels anywhere. The bar and restaurant were essentially closed, and they didn’t even have complementary bottled water as advertised. We were there for an event and prepaid, so we dealt with it, but we absolutely shouldn’t have had to. Then I noticed a $40.96 charge on Nov 9 and was told it was a “resort fee.” This place is nowhere near a resort. I’m disputing the charge. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. The Millennium Hotel should be ashamed of the conditions they allow guests to stay in. My room had roaches, the entire floor reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and the space was literally falling apart. Basic cleanliness and maintenance are nonexistent here. It honestly made me question whether the room had even been cleaned between guests. As if that wasn’t enough, a package delivered to the hotel was returned opened, tampered with, and handled without any sense of responsibility or professionalism. When I tried reaching a manager about the issues — multiple times — management was completely unreachable, hiding behind “not available” or “in a meeting” excuses. I never got a single response, even after emailing Mr Arnold Velker. And the final insult: when Expedia contacted the hotel to request a simple, reasonable adjustment for all of this, the Millennium refused to appropriately adjust my bill. Not even the bare minimum. No accountability, no apology, nothing. Then Mr Velker had NO ISSUES making himself available to charge my credit card when Expedia called. This place is dirty, mismanaged, and careless with guests’ property. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. The Millennium Hotel is a disgrace to hospitality.

Horrible hotel, broken key machine made us wait an hour after check in. Then they tried to swap our king room for a queen room after we paid for a king. That meant that we would get a cheaper room after paying for a more expensive room. Avoid unless its your only choice. The odor of chlorine was so horrible that it was intolerable.

October 22nd I had an upcoming appointment at Duke With my Leukemia Doctor I Live 3-4:hours away i had contacted The American Cancer Society for Resources &;They Referred The Millennium the location was close to my doctors office perfect! Since The American Cancer Society referred this hotel i assumed it would be a decent hotel ! Upon arriving as im walking inside it seem to be a very nice hotel the lady working the front desk was very nice & friendly I wasnt aware of the deposit but that was no problem! My best friend was traveling with me we unload our stuff & go to our room 1st floor # 110 we walk in & sat down we both was very tired as we are sitting there that's when we starting seeing the disgusting filth there was blood stains on my pillow not from previously being washed , The sheets & covers on both beds was dingy like they had not been washed , on the headboard & table was snot & Boggers wiped all over, down around the bed was big crumbs of food & whatever else , there was a chair in the corner of the room with a floor lamp that had thick dust & cob webs on the top of it , the window next to the chair was gross there was mildew/mold all over the bottom of the window & upside the window frame, the curtains as well as the sheets thats in front of the thick curtain was filthy & from the middle going down was splatters of mold/mildew on both curtains , the mirror looked like it had been attempted to be wiped down with smudge marks across it , we go to see what the bathroom looked liked and notice at the top of the room door running down the side its very wet but greasy looking i have no clue what was running down the door but there was mold & mildew there. The bathroom had snot & boogers wiped on the wall by the toilet im gonna stop there even though I could keep going may I also say (YES WE VIDEO & TOOK PICTURES OF ALL OF THIS) We went & spoke to the lady at the front desk she was nice about it and put us in another room which was a lot cleaner than the first room about 15 minutes being in the 2nd room we are sitting talking then see CockRoaches on the dresser & crawling down the walls ! 🤬🤬🤬 So needless to say neither one of us got any sleep! Being a Leukemia patient that kind of filthy is crucial to my health & well being Hell even if you dont have health issues you wouldn't want to be exposed to that kind of filth nor the mold & mildew I did not attend the $11.99 Breakfast I couldn't get past the nastiness on top of the Cock Roaches lastly I wouldn't have allowed my dog to stay there & pay $140 for one night In all reality it should be reported to the health department & the false advertising should stop this is or was not a 3.5 - 4 star hotel
