My stay here was a wonderful surprise! I have to give full marks. The location is unbeatable—it’s super close to Duke University, and the free shuttle bus makes commuting to campus incredibly convenient. It saved me so much time and hassle. The environment is also lovely; the rooms are cozy, clean, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. I especially want to praise Eda at the front desk. She has such a positive and welcoming attitude. She was efficient during check-in and very patient. When I realized I had left my luggage/item ("yila") behind, I contacted the hotel worried I might not get it back. However, Eda handled everything perfectly. She kept my item safe and intact, and I received it back completely. Additionally, their email communication was excellent—responses were always prompt and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Duke. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Paid for hotel through Priceline. Was charged additional $100 by the hotel as a "refundable deposit", which I never got back. The hotel also charged me $23 for some type of tax... so, the total I paid for 1 night was close to $200. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I would not recommend this to any branch of the military service whatsoever or anybody and definitely not veterans. Me and my mom stay there Wednesday December 18th 2025. The young female that works the front desk she knows nothing about customer service she wasn't welcoming at all she told my mom that she didn't have any reservation and then proceeded to tell her that she doesn't have any reservations so my mom told her you need to call somebody after that was straightened out and my mom did have reservations she told my mom to sign for a room that she was not going to and then we had to correct that paperwork we also asked her about the coffee the coffee had not been made since that morning we also had to ask her where do we get ice my mom is an older lady she told her that she didn't want a room all the way down the hallway so that she didn't have to park so far from her room. The reception at the desk really doesn't listen at all I would recommend her class and customer service but I don't think it would do any good cuz she was just plainly rude
