There was a musty smell in the bathroom as if the shower curtain needed to be replaced. Also, the room was warm and wouldn't get cooler no matter how low the thermostat was set even though was cold outside.

The room was nice and most of the staff were friendly, but the front desk associate was extremely mean. After I checked out and sat in the lobby for a short time waiting for flight , she refused to let me use the WiFi.She said her coworker “only speaks Spanish can’t help with that,” admitted she was just a part-timer who didn’t know anything or lack of training , and the manager never responded to any messages. Very disappointing experience 。

Repeat customers checking in before us when we got here (always a good sign) who knew all the staff by name and vice versa. Great breakfast selection. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was ample space for our needs (three adults). Bathroom vanities were kind of small but still completely manageable. TONS of towels provided, which was a huge plus! All around a fantastic stay!

All the staff are very nice. Freebie breakfast is pretty good too, lots of options to choose from. Front desk also has a list of spots to check out and their walking distance. Very helpful.
