  The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the appliances are clean and work well. The beds are extremely comfortable and very clean. From the pillows to the sheets, everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the staff, I wish I could give them 10 stars! Everyone, from the front desk employees to the kitchen staff go out of their way to be personable, friendly, and helpful. The management should be very proud of the staff and environment they provide to guests! I would not want to stay anywhere else on my trips to Durham!

  I have never slept on cleaner sheets. My biggest pet peeve is a sticky gross sheet that has weird residue on it. This place was so clean and that’s all I can ask for in a hotel. But also the staff were great and so friendly!

  My group has been staying here for years during our reunion that takes place over a weekend in April. For reasons that can't be explained or make any sense, there are no weekends (arrive Friday, depart Sunday) available in April. For reasons they can't explain, there ARE weekends in other months including March and May. So this year we will stay nearby at Staybridge and hope that in future years the management can be more accommodating - were they made to wear 'dunce' hats when in grammar school as 2 nights are better than ZERO? ***edit after owner's response*** so you let another group inconvenience everyone else (and lose business) "due to an impending citywide event that has yet to firm up its date" when they can't even make up their minds let alone commit? How fortunate that the other sites in the area will book and accommodate without such dimwitted reasoning!

  If I could this hotel zero stars, I would. We literally checked into room 129 and checked right out. Upon turning on the lights roaches were crawling on the wall and on the bathroom sink. There was also a loud noise coming from the ceiling. Homewood Suites is the only Hilton Brand that I have ever experienced roaches in. Once in GA now here in Chapel Hill. This area is very upscale and this was a horrid surprise. I will not make Homewood Suites a hotel choice going forward. The receptionist was nice. She tried to give us another room but roaches travel and that was not an option. Please make this right for future customers.

  The room was very nice, very clean. I want to say that Imani at the front desk was awesome! She made sure that my discounts were correct and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very easy to get to. This was our second time and the first was great as well. We will be back!
