The shuttle driver, Gwen, is very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed chatting with her each time she gave me a ride.

Unparalleled by any other hotel chain, the breakfast situation? You get Gluten Free bread, multiple breakfast options, and the buffet is clean and well kept. If you’re somebody like me, I love a good gym at an hotel, and this gym?Amazing and high quality, which is a common theme here with the housekeeping both in the lobby and during room service being beyond words. I’ve never felt so accommodated and assisted by any hotel before this. Let me begin with Nick, who assisted me during the check in process (as well as Ms. Priscilla) who helped get me situated after a 8 hour ride into town. After that? I met with the manager of housekeeping who proceeded to have my room stocked with additional towels and housekeeping while we have been here. I made a mention of my son’s birthday to the front desk staff when I arrived, and unbeknownst to me, my son received a beautiful cake, with a happy birthday card! I’m not sure if The GM Jonathan Sweet is the reason behind the great staff, but if he isn’t, I’ll still give him his flowers. As a New Yorker traveling with his family (two children) this Hilton is exceptional, and worth more than they charge (don’t shoot the messenger) Words cannot do justice, and thank you’s can become monotonous, but hospitality like Hilton’s Home2Suites Durham University? They’re a real diamond in the industry, and I’ll say from my family to them, thank you guys.

I've stayed in 4 other home 2 suites over the past year and this one is definitely the best! I highly recommend and if I pass through the area again, I'll definitely be back!
