    Upon pulling in the parking lot I knew this was going to be a great stay!! The energy, lights, and location of the building was felt. Going in I was greeted and ask if I was a Hilton Honors member by Priscilla. Her greeting and genuine conversations was uplifting and welcoming.

    I truly appreciate the excellent services provided during our stay. I would especially like to commend Ms. Gwen for her dedicated assistance in transportation for us to Duke University. Her helpfulness made our experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Home2 Suites.

    Gwen, our driver to and from the Duke medical center was a joy to be around. Her attitude and professionalism made our stay better. Our room was clean, the air conditioner worked great and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend you stay here when visiting Durham.

    I should have done this review months’ ago!! My husband and I transplanted to Durham in August 2025 for Medical treatments at Duke hospital. From the minute we met Mimi and T at check in we felt like we were at home. We were there for almost 5 months and every single day was an exceptional experience. The amenities, the breakfasts, the afternoon cookies, the commitment from the staff, the cleanliness and every other detail was perfection. I have extra special compliments to Bri, Priscilla, Terri, Mimi, T, the exceptional breakfast team and the housekeeping teams on the 6th floor, they were all outstanding. And all the facilities staff they were always so helpful. Because of every single member of their team led by exceptional leadership, our difficult time away from home, was wonderful.     Home2 Suites was a great hotel to stay at. It was clean and the rooms were just as described. The service was fantastic and Priscilla at the front desk had such a wonderful attitude and helped accommodate two rooms side by side for me and a traveling associate with no hesitation when checking in. She was so pleasant and I would definitely come back here to stay.
