I've stayed at many high end resorts that weren't even close to the comfort of this bed and sheets. To top it off breakfast was included and delicious! They offered everything you could possibly want. They offered a med-stay discount that was very reasonable as well! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The bathroom had not been cleaned and the toilet seat was broken off. The inside of the shower had debris from the previous guest. The shade in the room had small holes in it where the light shined through. I went to the front desk and asked them to have the room cleaned again and they said that they would. After returning for the 2nd night, I found it had not been cleaned. The front desk was dismissive and suggested I change rooms. I was not able to do that, as I had to be at an event. Left 2 messages for managers but did not get a return call.

- JRJill RobinsonOct 16, 20255.0Update: We were also very appreciative of the help that Sarah gave us regarding printing some tickets we needed for the area Tiger Rescue tour. She noticed that I was having difficulties and helped me get it done. The other staff throughout the hotel were friendly and always greeted us, whether in the hallways or upon entering the building. Those small things are noticed by guests! We are in the area for a DPAC symphony performance and to visit our extended family. The location is perfect and numerous food options nearby. The hotel's breakfast is very nice and good to have hot breakfast choices. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great! I especially enjoyed how quiet it was, as we have stayed in other hotels where the noise levels were awful! We will definitely consider this hotel when we're in the area.
