- RLRobert LargmanDec 26, 20251.0I am a Hilton Honors silver member and have stayed at Home2 Suites before and most of them have been very, very good. However, this one is not up to par for the brand name. First, the service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, this is confusing because the room cleaning we very much below par. I was told that the room would be cleaned very other day. However, I am in day 5 of my stay and the room has been addressed only once. I understand that I stayed over the Christmas holiday and people should be home and celebrating. But, minimally, how about just collecting the garbage and maybe a few clean towels? It's not like my room rate goes down when the service doesn't exist. Also, your first impression of your room is the room door. The door to our room had fingerprints and handprints all over it. It's like someone was working on a greasy bicycle chain and then wiped their hands on the door. The in-house gym is well equipped, but poorly maintained. There have been no towels in the gym for the entire stay. The gym has 2 treadmills, 2 bicycles, and 1 elliptical machine. All of these machines need maintenance, and while they work minimally, they do not adjust well to different levels. I will stay at a Home2 Suites again, but will not use this location when I return to the area.

I think her name is Michelle. I’m not too sure and I believe she is the operation manager. Great customer service, great personality and always helpful.. The whole time we was there anytime we needed something her out of everybody else she was always the first one to help. I will definitely be coming back here again

Michelle at the front desk was amazing, she not only handled the desk but she was assisting with the breakfast needs:). I requested some chamomile tea for when we returned from our day out, I returned to our room to find several sachets of chamomile on the counter! She could have just put them in the tea container where the hot water and coffee are, but she went over and beyond to take them to our room! I was very impressed and soooo grateful! I gave 4 stars for service because breakfast was a disaster each day!! If I may suggest that someone show the person working breakfast how to ANTICIPATE need! I was downstairs for an hour and a half one day and I saw the breakfast person come out from the back ONE time in that time period! Meanwhile guest were asking the front desk for: coffee, waffle mix, cups for waffle mix, yogurt, eggs, milk, etc. The front desk person (Michelle) was very gracious but she had a job to do as well! As always, I remain a loyal Hilton customer! Thanks for everything!
