    The staff at this hotel was great! Michelle, Danielle, Megan, and Jo’Heima helped me work through a billing issue as well as a room issue. They were always smiling and happy to help me. I can’t say enough about them, so come spent some time here and enjoy their company. Really enjoyed my stay here. Rick Greenville, NC

    I am a Hilton Honors silver member and have stayed at Home2 Suites before and most of them have been very, very good. However, this one is not up to par for the brand name. First, the service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, this is confusing because the room cleaning we very much below par. I was told that the room would be cleaned very other day. However, I am in day 5 of my stay and the room has been addressed only once. I understand that I stayed over the Christmas holiday and people should be home and celebrating. But, minimally, how about just collecting the garbage and maybe a few clean towels? It's not like my room rate goes down when the service doesn't exist. Also, your first impression of your room is the room door. The door to our room had fingerprints and handprints all over it. It's like someone was working on a greasy bicycle chain and then wiped their hands on the door. The in-house gym is well equipped, but poorly maintained. There have been no towels in the gym for the entire stay. The gym has 2 treadmills, 2 bicycles, and 1 elliptical machine. All of these machines need maintenance, and while they work minimally, they do not adjust well to different levels. I will stay at a Home2 Suites again, but will not use this location when I return to the area.
