    Rooms are always clean, breakfast is good, but 5 times my husband and I have stayed here and when we check in, we've asked for a 2pm late checkout. And 5 times, the next morning, housekeeping knocks on the door and asks if we have late checkout. And 5 times someone from the front desk either calls the room to verify late checkout or comes and actually knocks on the door to ask us face to face. And 5 times I've responded "yes, we asked last night for a late checkout." There's definitely some miscommunication issues from the night staff to the morning staff for this to have happened every time we've asked for a late checkout. I find myself dreading the next morning when I know we've asked the night before, waiting for the inevitable call or knock for someone to ask. We stay at this hotel quite often and this never used to happen until the last few months.

    I needed a hotel close to my daughter and of course IHG was perfect again! I always get great service and clean rooms!

    It was an ok place to stay. Room showed age. Breakfast was outstanding. People were very nice. A good staff. Location for me was just fine.

    Nate, the shuttle driver made our stay exceptionally pleasant and safe. We had to get a Lyft a few times but when Nate was there he made sure to get us where we needed to go. The room was clean and it was quiet. I didn’t care for the breakfast bar. Food seems like it was microwaved more than once and was not appealing at all. I would give it 1 star. Aside from that 5 stars for everything else.
