Today we arrived at reception around 5-6 pm and a dark-skinned woman with crooked dreadlocks greeted us. We gave her our reservation number and she told us we weren't registered at this branch, that it was at another one. My husband asked her to please double-check. The woman reluctantly kept saying the same thing: "This isn't the hotel." My husband showed her his ID, and she still said the same thing. My husband showed her his cell phone with the reservation. The woman continued to insist, now reluctantly, that it wasn't this branch, claiming to be checking on the computer. My husband and I grabbed our things and left. When we got to the car, my husband said, "This is the address on the reservation." He also said the app gave us the key via QR code, and when we went to the room, it opened exactly where the reservation had been made! The receptionist refused to give us the room!!!!! She was incredibly rude and wanted to send us somewhere else because she was too lazy to do her research properly!!!!!!!!! I'm seeing the other bad reviews and there are more with the same problem as the one , maybe the same woman. It must be the same woman if she has the characteristics I mentioned at the beginning of this story... You prefer to lose customers because of a bad employee who is clearly not up to the job. How is it possible that you have employees with absolutely no empathy in a position where customer service is paramount?! With so many people needing jobs these days who are kind... you have a despotic and lazy person in charge... very bad. Check the security cameras... there's my husband and I giving the woman all the evidence and showing her the phone with the reservation, and she denied us service several times.

Staff was great, the room wouldn’t go under 66 degrees, and that was warm to me, not to mention the whole hotel was rather hot. Bar was nice. I just couldn’t get over the stuffiness. Ice machine on floor 4 was out of order.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with how much it has improved under the new management. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive—making me feel welcome right away. The new management team clearly cares about both the guests and the property, and it shows in every detail.
