    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. During my time associated with the Hilton Garden Inn Durham Southpoint, I experienced a situation involving a staff member that was handled in a way I found to be highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Actions taken by an employee led to confusion and subsequent conversations that, from my perspective, were misrepresented and escalated unnecessarily, even involving members of my family while I was no longer present at the hotel. What concerned me most was the lack of follow-up and accountability from management. I made several attempts to contact the General Manager to discuss the matter directly. Each time, I was told he was unavailable. I left a voicemail requesting a return call and never received any response. This lack of communication left my concerns unresolved and contributed to an overall negative impression. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe guest concerns should be handled with professionalism, discretion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled and the lack of management response, I cannot recommend this property. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its internal communication, professionalism, and guest relations moving forward.

    First off ALL the Employees at this location have an Exceptional customer service magic that you dont get anywere in the country. Quitta is the glue that holds the team together...She is more than an employee, she IS the Hilton Brand, and represents it like Ive never seen. Shes caring, she does every job in the hotel. I went to bed she was at the bar, I woke up she was doing inventory. I also had a breakdown the morning I left and she held me in her arms like I was her sister... There was also an employee who gave the shoes off his feet to a homeless person in the lobby... I cant say enougj about this team. They should all be running there own location!
