Our driver Gwen was so kind & friendly. She stoped at the coffee shop for us before dropping us at the train station. She had snacks as well which was nice.

Check in is at 3pm, we arrived around 2pm, the clerk was able to accommodate early check in! Every staff member was helpful, and pleasant. They were even having free fresh baked cookies that afternoon. The little extra touches were very nice, but what really struck me was how clean and quiet it was. The lobby was bright, decorated, and very clean. This followed throughout the rest of the hotel. The weight room, pool, and outdoor patio were no exception. Both my travel partner and I were highly impressed and satisfied with our stay. The location is great, very close to the university/hospital, downtown, and right by i85. By far the cleanest and quietest hotel I've stayed at for quite some time.

Here’s what I love: it’s quiet in the rooms, the breakfast is super solid, it’s clean, they have movie channels on the TV, there are options for both bathtubs or roll-in showers in the room depending on what you need, everything is new and works well, and the staff is really nice! I’ve also traveled here with dogs and they liked it as well. The quietness of the hotel again was a huge bonus for making them feel more calm in an unknown place. The location isn’t the most idyllic. But it is pretty well situated for anything you need to do in Durham. There are also several great hiking trails nearby. The Eno Quarry trailhead and Duke Forest are a five minute drive away. And the cherry on top for me is that I left an iPhone there. I got a call from the front desk letting me know. This is not my first time leaving a device at a hotel but this is my first time having the hotel initiate reaching out to me. They are sending me a link so that I can pay for postage for them to mail it back. I’m so impressed!
