  This Hotel is GORGEOUS, and for the price I almost couldn’t believe it (141 tax and fees included) and its airport shuttle is very convenient. Janell helped us out when we were in a pinch and they gave us complementary cookies!!! Honestly such a blessing and I will probably be booking Hilton from this point on. Thank you for being so awesome guys!

  we needed a place close to the Duke Medical Center on Page Rd and this filled the need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to but also away from the main road. The room was comfortable clean, and quiet. The restaurant has a solid hamburger and it was not slow to come at supper. My dad said his sandwich didn’t seem fresh. Breakfast isn’t complimentary and there are two options. You can have the full buffet for $17(?) or the continental for $10 which is all the cold food plus a pot of hot oatmeal and drink. All i needed was the continental so i appreciate having that option. There is a large lobby with a fireplace and lots of meeting rooms. Tip: When you need to go towards I40 use the back exit to old page rd because leaving from the front you have to turn right, away from the interstate and away from the Duke Medical Center at Aberleigh, then go around the block to get turned around.

  Traveled for business. Very happy with my choice to stay here. Quick check in and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Every part of the facility was very clean. Plenty of parking. Lots of places to sit and conduct business through out the lobby area for groups traveling together. My room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Refrigerator in the room and the WiFi signal is great. Will definitely stay again if in area.

  Excellent hotel and very accessible to shops and restaurants. The service was good unless you ask for the complimentary water they will ask you to come down to the service desk to get them... other than that awesome. One downside no microwave in the rooms.

  I came in around 10:07 PM after my flight got canceled in Greensboro (GSO). American Airlines rebooked me out of RDU the next morning, so as an HH Gold member, I had everything pre-booked before I even got there. When I arrived, the onsite manager (who said her name was Makayla) gave me a huge attitude right from the start. No eye contact, no greeting — just said, “You need to pay.” I was honestly taken aback. When I tried to ask what was going on, she repeated herself in a really impatient tone, “You can't pay for it?” Another employee — a gentleman (on the left) who seemed kind — stepped in and tried to calm things down, saying she’d had a long day. I get that, we all have rough days, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers like that, especially at night when travelers are already stressed and tired. This isn’t about one bad interaction — it’s about how a manager chooses to represent the company. If she’s the onsite manager, that makes it even more concerning. Hopefully this serves as a note for others who might’ve had similar experiences.
