Room clean staff was nice...we went to pool and hot tub...hot tub cold... jets barley running...front desk called it a hot tub not jacuzzi...was not airrated...but why was it not hot...as we were sitting there a minute staff member came in and we asked why it wasn't hot...when he came out of the little room off to side of hot tub which was not hot...and we felt hot come out for a minute and then it got ice cold and we got put and he went over and put chemicals in it...it like he run us out of the hot tub that was not hot...now it is winter ....and cold and we were looking forward to a hot jacuzzi that they want call a hot tub cause it don't work properly...and if its winter you want a heated pool not a semi warm pool...As we were getting on elevator...we heard desk clerk ask someone if they wanted a late check out....so I called down to front desk to see if we could get a late check...no she said due to so many ppl checking in...not 2 minutes earlier they offered that late check out...wow favoritism is not good when dealing with the public best western.

I am sharing this to save other travelers the headache. The staff here is completely untrained and unprofessional. During my stay, they demonstrated zero respect for guest privacy or comfort, prioritizing their own internal tasks over my basic need for sleep. I was disturbed late at night for absolutely no good reason. It is clear that from the front desk to management, nobody here understands hospitality. Do not stay here if you want a peaceful trip

Future guests need to be aware that this location lacks basic hospitality training and professional judgment. The primary (and arguably only) function of a roadside hotel is to provide a secure, uninterrupted night of sleep. This property failed fundamentally at that task when decide to wake me up after 11pm to solve some problem they have during the check-in process. When you pay for a hotel room, you are purchasing the right to 'quiet enjoyment.' This hotel seems unaware of that concept. I strongly advise travelers to choose any other hotel in the area.

This is a hotel in the middle of nowhere. You have exactly one purpose: to provide a quiet place for travelers to sleep. You failed spectacularly at that single task.
I was woken up after 11pm by your night clerk, Forrest, to correct a minor administrative error with my check-in. Let that sink in. Instead of waiting until morning or slipping a note under the door, your staff decided that their paperwork was more important than a paying guest's sleep.
This isn't just a rogue employee; this is a systemic failure of management. If your night staff feels comfortable disturbing guests near midnight for clerical issues, your training and priorities are completely broken. You have violated the basic contract of hospitality.
I will never stay at this location again, and frankly, this level of incompetence has convinced me to cross Best Western off my list entirely. Do not stay here if you value your rest

Genuinely the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The common areas are very nice and clean (pool, breakfast area, front desk, etc) but once I walked into my room I was hit by the smell of musty cigarettes. The bed and tub both had hair and dirt all over them, garbage, stains and food on the floor and bugs on the wall/carpet/window. I requested to move to a new room which was better smelling and less hairy but even the new room had bugs. So so disappointing
