  Beautiful balcony view of the river. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. All our interactions with staff were very wonderful. Everyone always spoke as you passed and smiled. The pool was clean and well maintained- there were even some beach balls and other things for the kids to play with. The breakfast was great, always being filled. We didnt on the patio due to the weather but it looked very nice with a great view of the river to watch birds and rafters. The hotel is in a great location, 20 minutes from Bryson City and just outside Sylva. We will definitely be back.

  Very nice place with very nice people. Traveling with my kids and got a few upgrade to a room with a river view that the kids loved. Very nice breakfast and pool that the kids also loved. Highly recommended.

  It wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting it to be more secluded than it was. It was on the banks of the river, but the traffic from the street across the river didn't give me the peaceful feeling I was looking for. The location was nice, just minutes from many restaurants. The staff was great. The breakfast was hot and fresh. 24 hour coffee. Chairs outside on the patio. The room was comfortable, I was thinking it would have been a little bigger than it was, but not cramped in any way. I had a balcony. They provided chairs on the balcony, just wished they were rockers like the rooms on the lower floor had. I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Just what I needed after a day of hiking. Don't expect to check in early, it's a no no. Would I be back? Yeah, I think so. If I'm in the area again. Really nice area too.

  This is one of the best budget hotels that exceeded expectations by a mile!! The hot tub and pool were amazing!! The checks in staff and the entire crew were amazing! Also the location feels secluded but its a hr from Gatlinburg and hr from Asheville, 15 minutes from blue Ridge parkway, and 10 minutes from Cherokee First Nation reservation!! Only negative The toilets are the old school ones that a too low!

  Nice place. We had a suite with a balcony overlooking the river. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, really nice view of the river directly below. The front desk has a decently stocked little convenience store for some OTC medicine, drinks and snacks. Breakfast was on the better side of hotel Breakfast.
