  Checked in for a relaxing stay, but apparently I booked the all-inclusive insect experience. Within minutes of arriving, I was warmly greeted by a shield bug, clearly part of the hotel’s security team. A dead ant was already checked out, while a spider and its web had fully settled in like long-term guests. And just when I thought I’d met the whole crew… surprise! A centipede scuttled by to really get things crawling. The room itself had a few extra features: the bathroom vent was so dusty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the furniture showed some noticeable wear and tear. I will say the bed was clean (thankfully!) and the water pressure was solid, so not everything was a total wash. Great spot if you love nature indoors, but I won’t be returning, next time I’ll choose a place with fewer legs per room.

  Very nice hotel. People are great. Hotel is clean, good water pressure. Lots of TV channels with good quality TVs.

  I'd like to express my appreciation to Lexi at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Conover. She was able to make the modifications needed. I had been back and forth on the phone with whomever and had a case number all because I wanted to change from 4th through 7th to 5th through 7th. I needed this changed on 4 of the 12 reservations I had made because they were coming in the day of the convention and not the night before. The person modified it, but 4th to 5th. 18 hours later, a case number and it still wasn't resolved. Long story short. Lexi made the changes in less than 10 minutes on all 4 reservations with the needed confirmation emails. Thanks again for the awesome service Lexi!! :)

  Great hotel. My suite has plenty of room to work and a separate sleeping area to relax. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area. Check out my photos and video of the room. This was 204. Away from the other rooms so it was nice and quiet at night. I would highly recommend this hotel!
