  Staff are super nice especial thanks to “Gabbi” she was super knowledgeable about all the fishes feeding and super friendly with our kiddos…. Definitely we will be back So worth every penny very educational and fun for the whole family =) Thank you Gabbi for making our day special and amazing!❤️

  Had so much fun going here with a friend. We took our time and were able to go through twice in one day. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the exhibits. I experienced no problems or issues. Just make sure that if you do buy your tickets online they will not let you cancel them, but they will let you reschedule them.

  What a terrible aquarium. Total waste of money. This was the aquarium that comes up via a google search for aquariums in charlotte. This place is inside a mall. At almost $25 per person this place was absolutely ridiculous. We walked around for a total of five minutes before we were done with everything they had to offer. There were very few tanks with animals and honestly you’d probably see more animals at a damn pet smart or petco.

  What an incredible experience! Our kids had a blast! So did we. We purchased tickets on line and showed up and got scanned in and walked right in. We had a stroller but opted to leave it in this handy little stroller holding area. We then walked right in. Immediately we took a family photo and even got souvenir coins. Then we walked in and our minds were blown for the next hour. There were sooo many beautiful fish everywhere and fun learning activities. The kids really had a blast observing all the incredible fish and sea life. They pointed out their favorite fish and learned about a bunch more. There was a staff member who was very knowledgeable about the starfish next to the tank where you could touch starfish! Overall 10/10 experience! The Virtual AR is highly recommended also! We do the shark tour and got to deep dive with some sharks! It was awesome! There’s so much beautiful and incredible sea life here. We can’t wait to go back!

  Recommend buying your tickets online and in advance to save money and get in quickly. Super nice , small aquarium with lots to see and do. We come annually (its what we can afford) and always have a wonderful time. Its kept nice and clean, and you get lots of information about each animal. The workers really do love the animals and take care of them well which is refreshing.
