By far, one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in every respect. Clean, quiet, fair rates and most importantly, just the nicest people from top to bottom. I wish I could name them all, but Theresa Frye and Cassandra Tate, fantastic people. It truly is a hotel I look forward to staying at. Location too, is quite good, within walking distance of several restaurants. I highly recommend!

The hotels are consistently well located, making them ideal for both business and leisure travel. This particular one features an indoor pool and a decent gym. Breakfasts are good and usually well stocked. On this occasion, however, the room I was assigned had some structural (?) issues on one of the walls and showed signs of needing a bit of TLC after previous repair work

They offer a discount for patients of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, which can be arranged by calling the hotel directly. The discounted rate is approximately $93.00 plus tax, totaling around $105.00 per night Vs rate is about 155+ ## Staff and Amenities The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast lady was particularly sweet and attentive. The hotel offers a wide selection of breakfast options. Additionally, they provide Dove soap in the bathroom. ## Room Amenities While the shower pressure could be improved, the pillows uncomfortable they go flat. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future if needed. The combination of cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location makes it a great option for those visiting Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Also I inquired about if I needed to have a room for extended stay due to wake Forest and they front desk automatically added it to My card once I came home I realized they charged me twice for the stay coming to find out I was told when I asked about the on of the front desk members booked it automatically never gave me a confirmation number or no email ... Then then manager told me that it was the lady on checkout day who did it there story changed like 3 different times just watch the cards for over charging and if your wake Forest book additional days and if you don't need it call and cancell the room before 4pm if you decide not to stay.
