We had to stay here to be close for my wife’s chemotherapy treatments, and every single employee showed kindness, professionalism, and genuine care during a very emotional time for our family. A special shoutout goes to Heather, who went above and beyond for us. My wife is immunocompromised, and Heather made sure I could get a safe, fresh breakfast to go every morning so I could bring it back to her. She didn’t just do her job—she showed compassion, understanding, and even prayed for my wife. That meant more than she’ll ever know. It’s rare to meet people who make a tough situation feel a little lighter, and Heather absolutely did that. She deserves recognition for her kindness and the way she treats guests like family. Thank you to the entire staff for helping us through a very challenging chapter. We are deeply grateful.
