- TWTodd Watkins5 days ago5.0On a motorcycle trip and stayed here a couple nights during the recent snow front moving through. Very happy with the hotel, location, breakfast, rooms, and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
- JJJ.T.Oct 26, 20251.0This hotel is in need of remodeling. The beds are horrible, they are so wore out, you lay down and the mattress dips 6 inches and doesn't come back up. The breakfast has the same thing everyday and gets very old. No bacon ever, no potatoes ever, just the same bland food daily. The staff are good, except in the morning, the cleaning staff are getting ready and very loud outside your room, I guess they figure their up, no one else needs to sleep... Let me tell you $350 a night for a Holiday Inn Express is crazy as hell, but that's the rate on a Saturday and like $275(not sure) for Friday, 4 nights were over $1000! Again, this is a Holiday Inn Express!!! Really needs a makeover for the cost and definitely new beds immediately!!!

It was raining and foggy, and we didn’t want to drive down the mountain at night since we were both exhausted. I found the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherokee/Casino on Priceline, and it turned out to be a great choice! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The hotel is super close to the casino, which made it really convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back next time we’re in the area.
- ISIqbal ShyekhOct 23, 20251.0This is WORST ihg hotel I stayed in so far . I won’t recommend at any cost .Stayed couple nights and was shocked by the lack of basic housekeeping. Sheets were NOT changed, bed was NOT made - they only emptied the trash can. When I questioned this with Laura, she dismissively told me “that’s what you get for stayover service.” I expect clean sheets and a properly made bed at minimum. This is basic hospitality standards, not a luxury request. Emptying a trash can and replacing towels is not only housekeeping. If you’re charging premium rates, provide premium service - or at least basic service. Completely unacceptable and not worth the price. Would not recommend. Pic below on how beds appeared when we returned.

The rooms were clean & beds were comfortable. They do offer a free breakfast that was just a little more than a continental breakfast.
