- JJJenniferDec 31, 20254.05 minutes from the great Smokey Mountains National Park. Rooms could use some updates but they were clean. I stopped in and did not book online. Online price always shows much cheaper and you also get a charge held on your card so if the room was 160 your charged 210 plus tax and then it takes up to a week to get the money back which is inconvenient while on vacation which is what id assume most people sre there for.

Mold on the windows and the bathroom. Spider webs across the windows and torn curtains. The shower has a trick to turn on which is what the fro t desk lady said the next day. The bedding was clean and fresh but the laminate floor and bathroom tile were sticky.

The only negative thing I would mention is that the walls are thin and we could hear everything from the room beside us (their phone calls, conversations, and even their coughing). I would return to this hotel for another stay.
